THE FIRST NAME IN APPLIANCE GRAPHICS

3MTM High Performance Laminating Adhesive 467MP is applied for production of a metal nameplate.

For applications like range, oven, and dishwasher control panels, which must stand up to high temperatures, humidity, and household cleaning solvents, 3MTM High Performance Adhesive 200MP is ideal. You get temperature resistance to 400°F, exceptional shear strength, and long-term aging. It also adheres extremely well to a broad range of surfaces including high-surfaceenergy plastics, and its smooth, even consistency enhances graphic appearance. For bonding to low-surface-energy plastics or powder coated paints, choose 3MTM High Strength Adhesive 300LSE. This adhesive's ability to wet low-surfaceenergy substrates quickly makes it ideal for laminating low-surface-energy plastics and textured substrates. It also withstands temperatures up to 300°F (short term) for most applications.

PERFORMANCE ENGINEERED GRAPHICS

In harsh environments (like under the hood) where graphics require a high degree of abrasion and chemical resistance, graphics are sealed between the adhesive and a polyester or polycarbonate face material for long-term durability. 3M graphics manufactured with 3M adhesive 300LSE are ideal for this type of application, adhering well to metal and plastic and withstanding extreme temperature fluctuations.

This high performance adhesive with a white background ready for printing makes solving performance graphic needs simple and straightforward. 3M opaque attachment tape 7956MWS is especially helpful with the increasing use of digital print equipment.

DEPENDABLE AUTOMOTIVE GRAPHICS

Graphics are used throughout the automotive environment from the radiator to the trunk, and just about everywhere in between. These applications vary greatly in their adhesive requirements, but the flexibility of 3M high performance adhesive 200MP makes it a great choice for everything from dashboard graphics to decorative trim. It offers temperature resistance up to 400°F and, along with 3MTM High Strength Adhesive 300MP, meets the automotive non-fogging specifications.

Our new 3MTM UV Screen Printable Adhesive SP7514 provides drop-in easy use for printing operations using UV inks. When operational and material losses due to die-cutting get large, use a screen printable adhesive. 3M also has a water-based product, 3MTM Screen Printable Adhesive SP7533, which provides initial tack and performance to meet the needs of most general applications.

100MP HIGHEST PERFORMANCE ACRYLIC 300MP HIGH STRENGTH ACRYLIC

This adhesive is designed for temperature exposure up to 500°F (short term) and/or high solvent resistance. It offers exceptional shear strength even at elevated temperatures.

200MP HIGH PERFORMANCE ACRYLIC

This solvent-free adhesive is designed to bond to lowsurface-energy plastics and performs in temperatures up to 250°F (short term).

300LSE HIGH STRENGTH ACRYLIC

This solvent-free industry standard adhesive provides excellent overall performance with exceptional temperature (to 400°F short term) and chemical resistance. It provides high bond strength to most metal and HSE (high-surfaceenergy) plastics along with excellent shear strength to resist slippage and edge lifting. It offers short-term repositionability on plastics for placement accuracy.

220 INDUSTRIAL ACRYLIC

This solvent-free adhesive provides a much higher peel bond strength than 300MP adhesive to low-surface-energy plastics such as polypropylene and polyethene. It has very good chemical, humidity, and temperature (300°F short term) resistance. It is the best choice for attaching graphics to low-surface-energy substrates.

350 HIGH HOLDING ACRYLIC

This solvent-free adhesive is formulated for general purpose industrial applications and will withstand temperatures up to 350°F. Properties include good shear strength, good chemical resistance, and good adhesion to metals and HSE plastics. This is an excellent adhesive to replace competition in many applications.

300 HIGH STRENGTH ACRYLIC

This is a modified acrylic adhesive designed for high bond strength to most plastics with excellent holding strength even at high temperatures (up to 450°F short term).

SP7514 UV SCREEN PRINTABLE ADHESIVE

This adhesive is ideal for applications requiring greater initial adhesion, especially to LSE (low-surface-energy) plastic substrates. Its ability to flow quickly makes this adhesive ideal for laminating to textured plastic surfaces. Temperature performance is up to 250°F (short term) for most applications. Thin laminating adhesive products are ideal for 3M's unique label component system.

This UV screen printable adhesive eliminates VOC emissions, won't clog your screens, and allows for quick and easy cleanup. It provides an exceptional balance of peel and shear strength, and withstands temperatures up to 150°F, making it an outstanding general purpose adhesive.

SP7533 SCREEN PRINTABLE ADHESIVE

This water-based screen printable adhesive provides excellent UV resistance, high temperature resistance, good peel and sheer strength, and soap and water cleanup.

[ 3M LINERS ]

3M offers three types of liners in a number of different weights for various die-cutting processes. Polycoated kraft liners offer excellent moisture stability to resist wrinkling and curling. Densified kraft liners reduce edge burr on metal plates and are ideal for rotary processing. Film liners offer additional strength for high speed processing and dispensing, dust-free features for clean-room processing, and see-through property for graphic inspection. PAPER

55# DENSIFIED KRAFT--3.2 MILS

CLEAR POLYESTER--2.0 MILS

This densified kraft liner is ideal for the processing of label component system products through rotary dies. The hard, caliper controlled liner provides a consistent base for rotary printing and die-cutting of labels.

58# POLYCOATED KRAFT--4.2 MILS

This controlled caliper film liner is ideal for high speed processing. Its exceptional strength reduces liner breakage during die-cutting and automatic dispensing applications.

CLEAR HDPE (HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE)-- 3.0 MILS

This polycoated kraft liner is our standard for performance. It provides an excellent balance of moisture stability (non-wrinkling) properties and is also a good liner for steel rule and hard tool die-cutting.

60# DENSIFIED KRAFT--3.5 MILS

This liner is silicone treated for easy release. It is commonly used for see-through applications where the graphic quality is inspected through the liner and adhesive. It is generally used for backlit graphics, but is excellent for one-piece liner removal of intricate die-cut parts.

CLEAR LDPE (LOW DENSITY POLYETHYLENE)-- 4.0 MILS

This densified kraft liner is ideal for metal nameplate processing with hard tool dies. The hard (dense) liner reduces edge burr on metal plates.

83# POLYCOATED KRAFT--6.2 MILS

This polycoated kraft liner provides excellent moisture stability for lay-flat sheet processing. Its thicker caliper is ideal for kiss-cutting of end tabs and multiple nameplates where the waste is removed.

SPA POLYCOATED KRAFT--4.2 MILS

This liner is not silicone treated, so liner removal is a little raspy. It is ideal for applications requiring embossing or thermal forming. It is also used for applications requiring one-piece removal.

SPA HDPE--3.0 MILS

3MTM Liner 7527L is specifically designed and certified for our UV screen printable adhesive. Liner 7527L is coated one side with a silicone release agent.

Our new 3MTM Liner 7526L is specifically designed and certified for our UV screen printable adhesive. Our new 7526L is coated both sides with a silicone release agent for easy removal.
