Padma Allen, President & Chief Financial Officer of TechnoDyne LLC

Dr. Padma Allen is the President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of TechnoDyne LLC. A seasoned entrepreneur and executive, Padma has held a critical leadership role in the company's growth since its founding 11 years ago. Padma was responsible for spearheading TechnoDyne's expansion, and building a 500 people company. She is responsible for creating a disciplined financial infrastructure, enabling rapid growth that exceeds industry standards without reliance on external capital investment. Padma developed a very effective and flexible organizational framework to accommodate rapid employee and consultant growth to over 500 professionals emphasizing diversity, career development, retention, and client relationship building.

Padma holds a Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery (M.B.B.S.) from Bangalore Medical College, India, a M.D. degree from the University Of Connecticut School Of Medicine and a MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business. Padma is a cofounder and sponsor of a nonprofit educational institution that in India provides education to over 400 underprivileged elementary, middle, and high school students. She is an active donor at iMentor, a NYC organization that mentors innercity children, and the Bergen Nj Chapter of CASA. She is a Member of the Women in Defense, National Association of Professional Women and National Defense Industry Association. She is on the Board of Directors for New Jersey Technology Council (NJTC) and on the Advisory Board of the CFO Alliance and of NJTC's CFO Peer Network. She was recently appointed as the Advisory Council member of the Monmouth University School of Science. Padma is a recipient of several industry awards and accolades as detailed below. Under Padma's leadership, TechnoDyne has been selected as one among the top 50 fastest growing womenowned/led companies in North America by the Women Presidents' Organization, #5 among the distinguished minority and woman owned companies in the State of New Jersey and # 41 of the top 500 minority business in the United States of America for 2010, and Stevie Finalist Award for TechnoDyne: Best Overall Company, Services Business (up to 2,500 emp)
