SALES EXECUTIVE Locations: · KwazuluNatal (Reference: KZNMK01) · Western Cape (Reference: WCMK02) Purpose Statement of the job The successful candidate will build solid relationships with existing and new clients ensuring the effective implementation of the sales and marketing plan and achievement of revenue targets. Key Performance Areas · Manage client base; · Conduct business reviews and presentations; · Develop and maintain an account strategy; · Manage of financial targets; · Provide monthly reports and revenue forecasts; · Identify new business opportunities; · Develop and implement marketing and promotional plans; · Support airport team operationally. OFFICE COORDINATOR Location: Gauteng (Reference: GAUMK02) Purpose Statement of the Job The successful candidate will act primarily as Personal Assistant to the Regional Manager ­ Southern Africa and Latin America and perform as Office Coordinator to the Management Team of Air Mauritius, South Africa. Key Performance Areas · Manage agenda/calendar of the Regional Manager ­ Southern Africa & Latin America and co ordinate appointments and meetings; · Coordinate activities involving interaction between departments, third parties, etc; · Draft, type correspondence and reports, take dictation and notes of meetings as and when required; · Assist with marketing materials, event and promotion coordination; · Provide support to the Management Team; · Attend to all administrative matters pertaining to the office. Qualifications & Experience · Holder of Matric Certificate; · At least 3 years experience in a similar position in an office environment. SENIOR RESERVATIONS CONSULTANT / RESERVATIONS CONSULTANT Location: Gauteng (Reference: GAUMK03) Purpose Statement of the Job The main responsibility of the Senior Reservations Consultant will be to ensure that all reservations and ticketing procedures are adhered to, to deal efficiently and effectively with all calls from travel agents and passengers and to exceed customer expectation. Key Performance Areas · Attend to all reservations and ticketing procedures; · Attend to all telephone queries of the travel trade and key customers; · Provide support to the Reservations Supervisor; · Dedicate special assistance to key accounts; · Maintain good relationship with internal and external stakeholders; · Attend to customer meetings; · Consolidate monthly reports; · Develop and maintain new business. CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT Location: Gauteng (Reference: GAUMK04) Purpose Statement of the Job The successful candidate will join the Air Mauritius Airport Team at the Johannesburg International Airport, attending to all operational and airport duties associated with Air Mauritius flights in South Africa. Key Performance Areas · Attend to all Air Mauritius flight departures & arrivals; · Effect pre and post flight duties; · Supervise checkin, boarding of passengers, collection of documentation and liaising with Head Office/Town Office regarding delays and irregularities; · Provide quality service to customers and attend to their special needs; · Compile all necessary reports. ACCOUNTS OFFICER Location: Gauteng (Reference: GAUMK05) Purpose statement of the job The successful candidate will be accountable for overall responsibility of the Finance Department for South Africa and all other countries falling under the jurisdiction of South Africa. Key Performance Areas · Ensure that all accounting functions pertaining to the South African Stations and Countries falling under the jurisdiction of RSA is accurate and that Air Mauritius operates within the laws governing all countries at all times; · Prepare monthly accounts and reports ­ perform bank reconciliations, prepare weekly cash positions; · Prepare and processing of salaries for all staffs based in RSA and submit monthly schedule for salaries to Head Office; · Prepare PAYE, VAT, WC returns and ensure payment is done within deadline; · Data entry in ORACLE Financials ­ input of invoices, payments and receipts and generating reports. Experience and Qualifications · Holder of MATRIC certificate with Accounting as a subject; · BCom Accounting or equivalent qualifications; · At least 3 years in an accounting environment preferably in the airline industry; · Highly computer literate with exposure to an ERP platform with Oracle. Note: Experience with Oracle Financial will constitute an advantage Candidate profile · Proactive, hardworking, reliable and focused; · Willing to deliver output within deadlines; · Good organizational, communication (both written and spoken English) and interpersonal skills.
