AkvaPanInzenjering

Kompanija "AkvaPan inzenjering" je osnovana 05.04.1993. godine kao privatno preduzee Pantovi Jadranke i Dragana. Za kvalitetno funkcionisanje pokrivaju se sve faze realizacije proizvoda kroz nabavku materijala, proizvodnju, marketing i prodaju, jer za opstanak i razvoj "AkvaPanInzenjering" svoj oslonac nalazi uglavnom u sopstvenom potencijalu, izgraenom kroz visegodisnju tradiciju. Do ciljeva kojim tezi poslovna politika kompanije se ne stize preko noi i zato je bilo neophodno raditi ozbiljno i organizovano svih ovih godina. Ciljevi ''AkvaPanInzenjering''-a odreeni su okvirom koji je postavljen od strane menadzmenta kompanije, standardima i propisima, a to su: 1) Efikasno poslovanje za zadovoljenje zahteva trzista i potreba korisnika: Posveenost kupcima je preokupacija svih zaposlenih sto predstavlja stil rada i kulturu ponasanja.

The "AkvaPan inzenjering" company was founded as a private company, on 5th April 1993. The founders were the owners, Jadranka and Dragan Pantovi. In order to assure high-quality operation, the company makes sure that all of the different phases of the production process are fully covered, from the procurement of raw materials, to the production, marketing and sales. The current market position, as well as the future development of "AkvaPanInzenjering" are based on the company's own potential and tradition, developed over the years. The objectives that the company is striving to attain are very ambitious and have required years of organised and committed work. The company's management and the existing standards and regulations have defined the framework within which ''AkvaPanInzenjering'' sets its aims: 1) Efficient operation, aimed at satisfying market demands and customers needs: Commitment to our customers is a primary concern of all our employees, reflected in our work style and corporate culture.

AkvaPanInzenjering

Polietilenske vodovodne cevi koje se koriste za izgradnju vodovodnih sistema proizvode se od polietilena visoke gustine PE80 ili PE100 prema SRPS ISO 4427:2001 ( MRS 8 Mpa odn. MRS 10 MPa) ciji kvalitet garantuje da e i posle 50 godina cevi trpeti isto naprezanje. Polietilenske cevi su namenjene za javno,privatno i industrijsko vodosnabdevanje , za izgradnju ukopanih i nadzemnih cevovoda, kao i instalacija unutar zgrada i van njih. Za javno vodosnabdevanje, cevi su definisane projektima koji imaju vodoprivrednu saglasnost, dok za privatno i industrijsko vodosnabdevanje ne postoje ogranicenja u pogledu upotrebe odreenog pritiska. Dozvoljeno je trajno toplotno optereenje do +60ºC, a trenutno do +80ºC. Otporne su na niske temperature.

Imaju glatku spoljasnju i unutrasnju povrsinu. Nazivni ( spoljasnji ) precnik cevi je od Ø20 do Ø500 mm, a radni pritisak od 4, 6, 8, 10, 12.5, 16, 20, 25 i 30 bara. Standardno su crne boje sa koekstrudiranim plavim linijama i nose sledee oznake :

vrsta i tip materijala, nazivni precnik, radni pritisak, SRPS G.C6.605, znak proizvoaca i godinu proizvodnje.

Pakuju se u koturovima od 50 do 500 metara ili u sipkama od 6 i 12 metara ( zavisi od precnika i pritiska ). Najmanji precnik bubnja za namotavanje cevi mora biti 18 x d kako bi se ovalnost cevi sacuvala. Izabrani nazivni (spoljasnji) precnici i debljine zidova u skladu za izabranim nazivnim pritiscima dati su u tabeli.Vrednosti navedene u tabelama i kvalitet cevi odgovaraju Evropskoj normi EN 12.201 i standardu SRPS ISO 4427:2001. Spajanje cevi mogue je ostvariti rastavljivom i nerastavljivom vezom: Rastavljive veze su spojevi saspojnicama.One mogu biti od polietilena (PE), polipropilena (PP) i livenog gvoza (LG). Fiting je proizveden od istog materijala kao i same cevi, sto omoguava posebno siguran i efikasan spoj. Svaki izgraeni cevovod mora se podvrgnuti ispitivanju pod pritiskom, kako bi se osigurala celovitost cevi, spojeva, fazonskih komada i ostalih komponenti. AkvaPanInzenjering

Pipes used for water-supplies installations are made of high-density polyethylene PE80 or PE100, according to the SRPS ISO 4427:2001 standard ( MRS 8 Mpa -i.e. MRS 10 MPa), having a quality that guarantees the same amount of pressure endurance after 50 years of use. Polyethylene pipes are intended for public, private and industrial water-supply systems. For public water-supply systems there are project plans that define the standards for the pipes used in them, and these are approved by the state water supply institutions. As for private and industrial use, there are no specific requirements for the pressure endurance of the pipes. The allowed permanent thermal exposure is up to +60ºC, while the allowed temporary thermal exposure is +80ºC. The pipes are resistant to low temperatures as well. Polyethylene pipes have smooth both inner and outer surfaces and are produced in diameters ranging from Ø20 to Ø500 mm, to withstand operating pressures of 4, 6, 8, 10, 12.5,16, 20, 25 and 30 bar. The pipes are supplied in coils, in a length range of between 50 and 500 metres, or as rods, 6m or 12m long. The standard colour is black, with co-extruded blue lines. The pipes are marked with the following inscriptions inserted on every meter of length:

the kind and type of material, outer diameter, operating pressure, SRPS G.C6.605, manufacturer's code and the year of production.

They are packed in coils, in the length range of 50 to 500m. Alternatively, they are supplied in rods 6 or 12 metres long, depending on the diameter and pressure resistance, the smallest diameter of the coil core must not be less than 18 x d and in any case it must guarantee that the roundness of the pipe is preserved. The listed diameter of the pipe is its outer diameter. The values stated in the tables and the quality of the pipes correspond to the European norm EN 12.201 and the SRPS ISO 4427:2001 standard. The joining of the pipes can be done in the form of a dismantling connection (using PE,PP,LG joints) or a fixed connection (using electro-fusion or butt welding). We manufacture fittings made of the same material, securing connections of the highest quality and efficiency. Every pipeline that is built must be pressure-tested before it is approved for use, in order to make sure that the pipes, connectors, parts and components are all well integrated and flawless. AkvaPanInzenjering

Cevi za gas koje se koriste u izgradnji gasovoda proizvode se od polietilena visoke gustine PE80 ili PE100 (MRS 8 Mpa odn. MRS 10 MPa) ciji kvalitet garantuje da e i posle 50 godina cevi trpeti isto naprezanje. Proizvodnja i kontrola kvaliteta usaglasena je sa vazeim meunarodnim i domaim standardima: EN 1555, ISO 4437, SRPS G. C6. 661. Materijal je netoksican, lak za transport i rukovanje. Cevi su fleksibilne su i otporne na vibracije, seizmicke udare i pomeranje tla. Dozvoljeno je trajno toplotno optereenje do +60ºC, a trenutno do +80ºC. Niski su gubici pritiska jer je koeficijent trenja mali. Spajanje cevi se izvodi (u zavisnosti od precnika) spojnicama ili zavarivanjem : elektrofuzionim ili suceonim. Standardno su crne boje sa koekstrudiranim zutim linijama i nose sledee oznake :

vrsta i tip materijala, spoljasnji precnik, radni pritisak, SRPS G.C6.661, znak proizvoaca godinu proizvodnje, obelezavanje duzine kotura na svakih 1m.

Glatke su spoljasnje i unutrasnje povrsine, precnika od Ø 20 mm do Ø 500 mm, za radne pritiske od 1, 4, 6 i 10 bara, u zavisnosti od klase materijala. Nazivni precnik je spoljasnji precnik cevi. Polietilenske cevi precnika od Ø20 do Ø 110 se pakuju u koturima od 50 do 200 metara a vei precnici u sipkama od 6 i 12 metara. Najmanji precnik bubnja za namotavanje cevi mora biti 18 x d i takav da je ovalnost cevi sacuvana. Polietilenske gasne cevi se mogu polagati u zemlju i pod vodom. Nacini polaganja definisani su standardom SRPS G.C6.605.

The pipes for gas pipelines are made of polyethylene that is in full compliance with the SRPS G.C6.661 standards. The production and the quality control is in accordance with the following relevant international and national standards: EN 1555, ISO 4437, SRPS G. C6. 661. The pipes that are used in gas pipelines installations are made of high-density polyethylene PE80 or PE100 (MRS 8 Mpa, i.e. MRS 10 MPa), the quality of which is such that it guarantees the pipes to be able to endure the same amount of pressure even after 50 years of use. Polyethylene pipes are easy to transport and handle. They are flexible and resistant to vibrations, seismic shocks and shifting of the soil. The allowed permanent thermal exposure is up to +60ºC, while the allowed temporary thermal exposure is +80ºC. The pipes are joined (depending on the diameter) by either electro-fusion or butt welding. The pipes are supplied in the standard black colour, with co-extruded yellow lines and with the following inscriptions inserted on every meter of length:

the kind and type of material, outer diameter, operating pressure, SRPS G.C6.661, manufacturer's code, the year of production and the length of the coil.

Both the outer and the inner surfaces are smooth, with the diameter ranging from Ø 20 mm to Ø 500 mm, designed for the operating pressure of 1, 4, 6 and 10 bar, depending on the material. The listed diameter is the outer diameter of the pipe. Polyethylene pipes with a diameter of Ø20 up to Ø 110 are delivered in coils of the overall length in the range between 50 and 200 meters, while the larger diameter pipes are delivered as rods 6 or 12 meters long. The smallest diameter of the coil core for pipes must be at least 18 x d and in any case it must secure that the roundness of the pipe is preserved.

AkvaPanInzenjering

Cevi za ulicnu kanalizaciju se proizvode od neomeksanog polivinilhlorida (PVC-a). Kvalitet PVCa zadovoljava uslove kvaliteta utvrene standardom SRPS G.C6.502. PVC je visoko kvalitetan materijal, pa su cevi i spojni elementi, napravljeni od PVC-a, otporni na koroziju i hemijsko nagrizanje kiselina, alkala, jedinjenja soli, baza, sulfata, alkohol i mnoge druge hemikalije. Mogu se trajno primeniti u temperaturnim granicama od 0ºC do +60ºC. Otporni su na mehanicke udare. Dobar su elektricni izolator. Zivotni vek im je preko 50 godina. Ne mogu se primenjivati za otpadne vode koje sadrze veliki procenat benzina, acetona i benzola. Spajaju se meusobno naticnim naglavkom (mufom) i gumenim prstenom koji obezbeuje potpunu zaptivenost. PVC UK cevi i spojni elementi se koriste za izgradnju cevovoda koji se montiraju u zemlju ili povrsinski na slobodnim ravnim povrsinama. Sluze za odvod otpadnih i atmosferskih voda. Koriste se i za odvod otpadnih industrijskih voda; za instalacije slobodnog (gravitacionog) rezima tecenja i instalacije niskog pritiska. Cevi se izrauju u kvalitetu S-25 i S-20. Primena kvaliteta zavisi od mesta polaganja i od vrste podloge. Korisna duzina cevi je duzina cevi bez dubine naglavka.

PVC pipes for street sewerage systems are made of non-softened polyvinyl-chloride, and are designed to collect all kinds of sewage waste waters. The quality of the non-softened polyvinylchloride (PVC) used to produce the pipes and the connecting elements, must satisfy the requirements defined by the SRPS G.C6.502 standard. Any use of a softener, a filling or other material that does not possess controlled and attested composition is strictly forbidden. PVC is a high-quality material, resistant to corrosion and chemical decomposition such as may be caused by acids, alkalis, salt compounds and many other chemicals. Pipes and connectors made of PVC can be applied as a permanent solution in the temperature conditions ranging from 0 ºC to +60 ºC. PVC installations are resistant to salt water, acids, bases, sulphates, alcohol and mechanic impact. They also provide very good electrical insulation, and have a service life of over 50 years. PVC installations cannot be used for waste waters with a high content of petrol, acetone and benzene. The pipes are joined together using a sleeve joint or other type of connector, with rubber rings ensuring full adhesion. PVC KK pipes and connecting elements are used in all types of pipelines that are installed below the ground surface, as well as on free and even surfaces above ground level, to be used for collection and removal of waste waters and rainfall, either together or separately. These pipes can be used in industrial wastewater sewage systems, provided that these do not contain elements that can disturb PVC and provided that these are either free-fall (gravity) systems or low-pressure systems. The pipes are produced in S-25 and S-20 series. The choice of the series will depend on the route location and type of base on which the pipes are laid. The pipes that are intended for street sewage systems are made with an expanded 'collar' on one end, or without it (series S-25 and S-20).

AkvaPanInzenjering

Korugovane (rebraste) dvoslojne cevi za ulicnu kanalizaciju proizvode se od neomeksanog polivinilhlorida ( PVC-a ) i namenjene su za odvod atmosferske i fekalne kanalizacije. PVC je visoko kvalitetan materijal otporan na mehanicke udare, na abraziju i hemijsko nagrizanje od strane kiselina, alkala, jedinjenja soli, baza, sulfata, alkohola i mnogih drugih hemikalija. Zadovoljava uslove kvaliteta utvrene standardima EN 13476, DIN 16961. Cevi sa duplim zidom, ojacane spoljnim rebrima, lakse su od PVC UK cevi za istu primenu i do 40% (u zavisnosti od precnika). Imaju dobre hidraulicke karakteristike zbog glatke unutrasnje povrsine koja ima mali koeficijent trenja. Veoma su izdrzljive pri mehanickim kretanjima zemljista. Dobar su elektricni izolator. Lako se ugrauju i imaju dug rok trajanja sa malim zahtevima na odrzavanju. Ne mogu se primenjivati za otpadne vode koje sadrze veliki procenat benzina, acetona i benzola. Spajaju se meusobno naticnim naglavkom i gumenim prstenom,pri cemu gumeni prstenovi obezbeuju potpunu zaptivenost. Corrugated PVC pipes are designed for use in street sewage systems. They are made of nonsoftened polyvinyl-chloride, intended for collection and disposal of the rainfall and faecal wastewaters. The quality of the non-softened polyvinyl-chloride (PVC) used to produce the pipes and the connecting elements, must satisfy the requirements set out by the EN 13476, DIN 16961standard. It is strictly forbidden to use a softener, a filling or other material that does not possess controlled and attested composition. When compared to PVC UK pipes designed for the same purpose, the double-wall corrugated pipes reinforced by outer ribs are lighter ­ sometimes up to 40%, lighter than PVC UK pipes, depending on the diameter. Owing to their smooth inner surface characterised by a very low friction coefficient, corrugated pipes possess very good hydraulic qualities. They are also resistant to abrasion, aggressive waste waters, chemical impact and major mechanical impacts, such as land shifting. PVC is a high-quality material, resistant to corrosion and chemical decomposition such as may be caused by acids, alkalis, salt compounds and many other chemicals. Pipes and connectors made of PVC represent a permanent solution in the temperature conditions ranging from 0 ºC to +60 ºC. PVC installations are resistant to salt water, acids, bases, sulphates, alcohol and mechanic impact. They also provide very good electrical insulation, and have a service life of over 50 years. PVC installations cannot be used for waste waters with a high content of petrol, acetone and benzene. The pipes are joined together using a sleeve joint or other type of connector, with rubber rings ensuring full adhesion.

2 2 Corrugated PVC pipes are produced to withstand standard SN4 (4KN/m) and SN8 (8KN/m) pressures. For non-standard installations, they can be supplied in variants that withstand higher head pressures of up to SN 16. They are easy to install and have a very long service life, with minimum maintenance requirements.

PEHD polyethylene spiral pipes represent a high-quality, practical and functional method of collecting and disposing of used waters. It is also a safe method and an economical one, over a long-term period of exploitation. PEHD spiral pipes are simply the best choice from the aspect of caring for the health of the users and our environment. Owing to the cutting-edge extrusion technology, polyethylene spiral pipes are both lighter and stronger than the smooth PVC pipes. Consequently, they require much less effort in transportation and installation of pipelines, thus saving time and money for the investor. PEHD spiral pipes are capable of withstanding higher pressure than the smooth PVC pipes, mostly owing to their exceptional elasticity and high degree of ring rigidness. There are several methods that can be used in joining this type of pipes:

extrusion welding of pipes from the outside from the Ø300 mm to Ø1200. extrusion welding of pipes from the inside or from the outside (diameters in the range of Ø700 mm to Ø1200mm), heat-shrinking foil (diameters in the range of Ø300 mm to Ø1200).

Each of the applied joining methods guarantees simple and economical installation and maintenance, The outer wall of the pipe is extruded in a spiral, while the inner wall remains smooth, thus preventing accumulation of residue even after a long period of use. High-pressure washout is possible owing to the inner qualities of polyethylene and the pipe design. The pipes are produced in compliance with the EN ISO 9969, DIN 16961 and EN 13476 standards for 2 2 pressures of SN4 (4KN/m) and SN8 (8KN/m), with the inner diameter in the range from Ø300 mm to Ø1200mm and in lengths ranging from 6m to 12 m. Mnogobrojne prednosti polioetilenskih cevi u odnosu na druge materijale imaju za posledicu njihovu sve siru primenu. Lako se transportuju i montiraju. Dobro se prilagoavaju terenu. Imaju mali koeficijent trenja koji prouzrokuje i male gubitke pritiska. Dozvoljeno je trajno toplotno optereenje do +60ºC, a trenutno do +80ºC. Otporne su na niske temperature. Mogue je spajanje rastavljivom vezom (spojnice od PE i PP) i nerastavljivom vezom (elektrofuziono i suceono zavarivanje).

Nerdjajue popravne spojnice (NP spojnice) su izgraene od prohroma (limovi, zavrtnji, navrtke, podloske ) u kvalitetu C 4580 i gumene obloge u kvalitetu EPDM (guma za prehrambenu industriju). Namenjene su za zaptivanje osteenje na vodovodnim (HDPE,PVC,LG,ACC ) i drugim cevima i za spajanje cevi bez naticnog naglavka. Obuhvatajui ostecenje na cevi, NP spojnica zaptiva osteeno mesto, trajno zaustavlja curenje i omoguava nesmetan protok vode. Lako se ugrauju, sto minimizira troskove i vreme popravke. Izdrzavaju pritisak do 40 bari, otporne su na mehanicke udare, koroziju i hemijske uticaje. Proizvodimo dva tipa NP spojnica u zavisnosti od tipa i spoljasnjeg precnika cevi: -Za Ø 20 do Ø 40 (N 1 do N 4) ­ jednodelne y = 100mm -Za Ø 50 do Ø 180 (M 1 do M 16) ­ jednodelne y = 200mm -Za Ø 200 do Ø 500 (L 1 do L 18) ­ dvodelne y = 300mm Postavljanje NP spojnica: Ocistite osteenu cev od mehanickih necistoca, obeleziti mesto za postavljanje NP spojnice na cevi, tako da osteenje bude u sredini spojnice. Spoljasnji deo zaptivne gume premazati kalijevim sapunom. Obuhvatiti cev NP spojnicom i zatezanje vrsiti srednjim (duzim) safom. Prilikom ravnomernog stezanja svih srafova, odmerenim udarcima plasticnim (gumenim) cekiem ravnomerno udarati po NP spojnici. Stainless steel fixing fittings (NP fittings) are made of stainless steel (tins, screws, nuts and stocks) of quality C 4580 and rubber wrappings of quality EPDM (rubber for food industry). They are aimed at fitting the damages on water pipes (HDPE,PVC,LG,ACC ) and other pipes, just as for joing pipes without stocking.Wrapping the damage on the pipe NP fitting fits the damaged place, and permanently stops leaking and enables undisturbed flow of water. They are easly installed which minimizes expenses and time of reparing. Enduring the pressure of up to 40 bars they are resisted to mechanic impact, corrosion and chemical influences. We produce two types of NP fittings depending on type and ouder radius of the pipe: -For Ø 20 do Ø 40 (N 1 do N 4) ­ one parted y = 100mm -For Ø 50 do Ø 180 (M 1 do M 16) ­ one parted y = 200mm -For Ø 200 do Ø 500 (L 1 do L 18) ­ two parted y = 300mm Instaling NP fitting: Clean damaged pipe of mechanical dirt. Mark the place for NP fitting on the pipe so the damage is the middleof the fittings. Outer part of fitting rubber lubricate with potassium soap. Place the NP fitting and tighten it with middle (longer) screw. During even tightening of all screws, and steady strokes with plastic hummer, strike evenly on the NP fitting.
