1. Cheese filling: · Automatic cheese filling. · Portion of grated cheese will be evenly dispersed on lasagna product - as final topping.

Manual filling: 4 Pasta leaves. Automatic filling: 4 meat sauce, 2 béchamel, 1 grated cheese.

1. Weighing unit: · Located before last (grated cheese) filling station. · Weight will indicate product weight within predefined range. If within weight range: tray will proceed to cheese filling & sealing. If not within weight range: tray will proceed to be conveyed - NO cheese filling - NO sealing. (unsealed tray may be removed by hand from output conveyor or rotating collection conveyor. MEAT SAUCE MEAT SAUCE

1. Meat sauce filling includes: · Filling unit fully detachable on light trolley for easy cleaning away from production area. · Piston filler (adjustable volume 50-500cc). · Feeding cone made of stainless steel (food standard), with cover and slow mixer inside. **Mixer purpose is to keep meat sauce homogeneous. · Special filling nozzle: Tube shaped for uniform spread of sauce on product. Mounted on PLC controllable piston moving up & down. Descending: into tray for splash proof filling. Ascending: between trays to avoid clash with product. 1. Filling conveyor: · Step conveyor with pushing rods. · With frequency controller PLC adjustable speed & stop at station time control. · Conveyor body & "string" surface - made of stainless steel for easy cleaning. · Including drain conduit underneath.

Sealing machine D210 SLBTM General: Machine is constructed of Stainless Steel Easy to operate & maintain. Tempo: 16-18 cycles/min (when working without MAP=SLB) Machine includes Automatic feeding of filled trays from filling conveyor. Step "strings" conveyor 1.9 meter Single SLB Sealing Head performing 5 acts in one cycle: - Stretching film - Flashing tray with inert gas - Soldering (sealing) - Shapely cutting of film around trays. - Rolling film remainder 3. Pasta filling station includes: a. Work post. b. Stainless steel "hang on" tray - detachable, foldable, with two support legs. Description of work: · Gastronome trays containing cooked pasta leaves (cut to size) in water are placed on "hang on tray" (b) facing worker. · Worker places one pasta layer into lasagna tray.
