HYDRAULIC AT AND TRUCK CRANES: With their superior mobility and lifting capacities of hundreds of tons, hydraulic truck cranes are the workhorses of the industry. The AT crane, with its multi-axle chassis and multi-wheel drive capabilities, gives you great mobility for both on- and off-road construction and industrial projects.

Hydraulics make light of the largest jobs. The seemingly simple physics of hydraulics--the transfer of force through an incompressible fluid at its maximum density--allows these machines to raise multiton bridge sections or the hot tub in your backyard. ALL's commitment to you is the operator we send to control these forces. Our in-person job site analysis, computer modeling, and precision mastery of the pick--large or small--is why ALL is always the name to trust.

ALL also offers a number of lattice boom truck cranes. Because the lattice boom is truck mounted, erection time is faster and the crane can travel at highway speeds.

HYDRAULIC RT CRANES

The versatile pick-and-carry abilities of the RT model truck crane are legendary. We staff and operate our own service shops to maintain the industry's newest and most modern equipment to keep it like new so that our rental fleet exceeds your expectations.

HYDRAULIC ROUGH-TERRAIN CRANES: With their ability to traverse uneven or rough terrain on work sites, hydraulic rough-terrain cranes offer versatility and just the power you need. The smaller, 4-wheel drive RT crane is designed for pick-and-carry operations in off-road or "rough terrain" applications.

The ALL fleet includes hydraulic rough-terrain cranes with capacities from 15 to 130 tons. Our crane experts can recommend the right type of crane for your job. And we're continually adding new equipment from the world's best manufacturers. Rent from our modern fleet and you will receive the most advanced technology, resulting in increased production and safer picks.

ABOUT ALL: We continually reinvest in our business--not only do we buy the best equipment year after year, but we also invest in our people, conducting rigorous training that exceeds industry requirements.

TOWER CRANES

The market knows a good thing. ALL's Tower Crane division grew from 0 to 110 tower cranes, plus 6 self-erect cranes, in 5 years. Our equipment ranges from 98 ft to 262 ft of jib, with capacities ranging from 4 tons to 44 tons. We employ 18 full-time service technicians to maintain the fleet and inspect each crane to make sure it is in top condition and meets all OSHA standards.

ALL helps build the 2,120-foot expanse of the Penobscot Narrows Bridge in Bangor, Maine.

ALL cranes erect an ALL tower crane at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. Although it may take days to erect a tower crane, it quickly becomes the workhorse of your construction site.

TOWER CRANES: The tower crane works even on tight construction sites, situated at the side or center of the structure. As the building rises, the tower crane grows by hoisting itself from floor to floor using built-in hydraulic jacks. Advantage of the tower: Its horizontal boom with sliding trolley can place a load anywhere on the construction floor, but crawlers, working from street level, can only set a load at the edge of the floor. A tower crane's height is unlimited, versus about 35 stories for a crawler. When the job is over, the tower crane is disassembled and parts lowered to the ground.

For any large construction project, time allocation for the hoisting schedule is of paramount importance because flaws in the schedule can affect the materials supply and the flow of work. No one can match the experience of ALL planners and operators. As the crane experts, we are being called on to ensure the accuracy of the construction schedule for crane-dominated construction ... and we consistently rise to the occasion, which improves job site productivity.

Material transportation for high-rise building, bridge work, and other large construction relies heavily on tower cranes. The towers rise hundreds of feet in the air and can continue to grow as the project progresses.

CRAWLER CRANES

We have crawler cranes from 75 to 1,000 tons. We took the first order of the last three major crane introductions by Manitowoc, including the 18000, 16000 (see windmill inset below), and, in 2007, the 14000 (see large photo below). We own three 1,000-ton crawler cranes (model 21000). Call ALL and you are renting from the most technologically advanced fleet on the planet. No other crane in the 275-ton capacity range can match the Model 999's combination of performance, easy mobilization, and versatility.

The modular components of a crawler crane have to be moved by trucks and assembled on site -- a sizable consideration. ALL offers its own fleet of trucks and trailers. Our complete service model includes lift planning, logistics, transport to the job site, the industry's best-trained operators, disassembly, and, should it be needed, 24/7 service from ALL yards strategically located throughout North America.

CRAWLER CRANES: If hydraulic truck cranes are the pinch hitters, then meet the middle-of-the-lineup slugger. Both stronger and more stable at greater distances than telescopic boom cranes, crawlers are the high-capacity crane of choice. A lattice crane is also the best choice when the job requires long, vertical reaches or long-term work. The crawler's tracks allow it to move virtually anywhere on the job site, even with a load on the line.

Crawlers provide pick-and-carry capabilities, heavy-duty lifting, and long-term economic advantages--a nice balance between capability, capacity, and cost. Incidentally, this is a lot like ALL. The depth of our entire fleet, not just our crawler crane fleet, ensures we can recommend the absolute right crane for the job. Unlike companies with specialty fleets, we don't just push a single brand or type of crane. We get you the right crane because we're the crane experts.

Industrial cranes are able to maneuver in tight spaces and are the safest and most efficient alternative to forklifts for pick-and-carry applications, high lifts, or lifting of irregularly shaped or very heavy loads.

These cranes got their start in industrial environments such as automotive and paper mills, where they were used on mostly smooth concrete slabs. Now they're being built to navigate rough terrain, extending their use in such industries as steel mills, refineries, and powerhouses. They can work in environments that require more capacity for pick-and-carry and the ability to navigate various types of buildings. Their low profile allows them to fit under pipe trestles and other low-hanging factory areas, and they can navigate narrow alleys.

INDUSTRIAL CRANES: Industrial cranes are easy to operate and offer more stability for heavy loads. Their narrow width, tight turning radius, and 360-degree swing allows them to maneuver in confined areas. All models have pick-and-carry capabilities and can carry loads on their flat deck surface, making them ideal for plant and equipment maintenance and other industrial, manufacturing, and construction applications.

In this crane category, size really matters. Because the range is relatively small-- ALL offers industrial cranes from 4 to 22 tons--getting you precisely the right crane is a measure of the value we deliver. The 22-ton industrial crane is a versatile, productive alternative to a rough-terrain crane for jobs requiring compact size, mobility, and the ability to carry a load on a deck.

AERIAL EQUIPMENT: ALL Aerials is part of the ALL Family of Companies. For high-reach applications, choose telescopic (straight or stick boom) boom lifts. Benefits include a turntable that can be rotated 360º in either direction for easier positioning and a boom that can be raised or lowered from vertical to below horizontal and extended while the work platform remains straight and stable. Choose articulating booms when straight mast booms cannot easily approach the pick or load drop site. Scissor lifts feature larger platform work areas to allow for heavier loads than boom lifts.

ALL Aerials sells and rents new and used aerial lifts, and also provides maintenance, parts, and service for all of the equipment they rent and sell. ALL Aerials' professional service department inspects each piece of equipment to make sure it is in top condition and meets all OSHA standards.
