HIGH PERFORMANCE SURFACE COATING FOR FLOORS, WALLS & ROOFS Description

Multiseal Liquid Plastic Dressing is a single pack mono-polymer plastic specifically formulated to give supreme penetration to masonry and timber surfaces and excellent adhesion to metal surfaces. It is a unique high performance resin suitable for long-life protection and decoration of floors, walls, and roofs of buildings under extremes of tropical climatic conditions. Surface Preparation

Generally All surfaces to be treated shall be clean and dry, free from dirt, oil, grease and all other contaminants. New Metal Surfaces Shot blast steel substrate to grey metal or remove light rust with Flexcel Rust remover. Previously Painted Masonry Surfaces All loose and flaking paintwork shall be washed down with a high pressure power washer to a firm edge Previously Painted Metal surfaces All loose and flaking paintwork shall be removed back to a firm edge. Remove light rust with Flexcel Rust Remover. Thereafter, spot-prime with Multiseal Etch Primer. New Galvanized Surfaces Pre-treat with Flexcel Rust Remover (1:4 dilution) to form key before applying Multiseal Etch Primer. Biological Growths All fungus and Alage infested surfaces shall be pre-treated with LPD Algicide.

Paint System

Masonry Surfaces Apply 1 coat Multiseal Binder/Sealer and 2 coats Multiseal Liquid Plastic Dressing. Metal Surfaces Apply 1 coat Multiseal Etch Primer and 2 coats Multiseal Liquid Plastic Dressing.
