F80B aluminum curtain wall offers blast mitigation under loads up 15psi/120psi-msec (102kPa/816Kpa) and above without compromise to aesthetics and environmental performance. This is achieved by retaining all security components within pre-finished and thermally broken aluminum profiles. F80B does not exhibit any characteristics that would identify it as a security product over any standard and commercial window system. This unique blend of security and aesthetics combined with key sustainable attributes has made this product the first choice for a variety of security sensitive projects in Government, Military and Commercial applications.

F80B has been tested as a dry glazed blast mitigation wall as well as with full structural bonding. This enables F80B to be shipped as assembled ladders for field glazing depending on project requirements. F80B draws on two key design features to maximize thermal efficiency and building sustainability. These being the incorporation of a high performance polyamide thermal isolator into system design and the utilization of gaskets within system construction in lieu of sealant. F80B curtain wall is a high performance aluminum system available in standard overall system depths of 8 ½" , 10" & 12 ½". (216mm, 254mm & 318mm).
