Payment, Deposit & Billing In order to confirm your order, we require a 50% deposit, which will be applied to the final invoice. All deposits are due 7 days in advance of preparation. Remainder of payment is due upon delivery via Cash, Company Check, or Cashiers Check. We do except Master Card, Visa, & American Express payments at our location of business. All menu prices are subject to change ­ all pricing on completed proposals secured with a deposit will be honored. Off-Premise Catering

Off ­ Premise catering are subject to an hourly labor cost of $10 per hour, per employee. (2minimum). One hour before and after event time will be added for set-up and breakdown. There will be a $10 charge per mile for all deliveries with a $25 minimum. For all equipment that we need to provide, there will be a $50 set-up fee.
