MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma/GED along with experience working with older adults required. Knowledge of the local community and parish organizations is preferred. Successful candidate will assist older adults living at home to remain safely at home by providing light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, shopping and accompaniment for medical appointments. Job Code: CHCS-CP Doctoral Degree in Psychology (PhD / Psy.D) is required. Must have a license in good standing to practice psychology in PA and at least two years' experience providing psychological evaluations and/or psychotherapy with a geriatric psychiatric population. Coordinate the efforts of the Parish in providing comprehensive Youth Ministry for junior high and high school youth. Assess and continue developing comprehensive Youth Ministry embracing advocacy, catechesis, community life, evangelization, justice and service, leadership development, prayer and worship, and pastoral care. High School Diploma/GED is required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred. At least two years' experience as a catechist or a school teacher along with some competency in Spanish is required. Oversee the formal religious education of children grades K-12. Coordinate the PREP for the approximately 70 parish children who do not attend Catholic school. Recruit and train catechists. Bachelor's Degree in Theology, Religious Studies or a related field is required; Master's Degree is preferred. Experience as a Director or Coordinator of Religious Education or an administrator/teacher in a Catholic elementary school is preferred. Coordinate the religious education of the parish school. Direct the Parish Religious Education Program for the approximately 450 parish children who attend public and non-Catholic private school. Coordinate adult sacramental programs including RCIA. Bachelor's Degree in Financial Accounting or a related field is required. Familiarity with QuickBooks and Excel programs are essential. Supervise parish finances and budget. Ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality. Ability to organize, efficiently document, and routinely update information. Position starts June 1st 2013.
