REGULATIONS ON NON-STANDARD BAGGAGE

1. Terms and definitions. "Airline (carrier) or flights of the airline (Carrier)" ­ Azerbaijan Hava Yollari CJSC or all flights of Azerbaijan Hava Yollari CJSC operated under J2 code. "ABS" ­ automatic reservation system of Azerbaijan Hava Yollari CJSC. "EBT" or "Excess Baggage Ticket" ­ a Carrier-approved high-security form whereby the Airline is to carry baggage that is in excess or beyond the norm for free carriage of baggage as per the tariff stated on the passenger's air ticket. All extra charges for the carriage of baggage stipulated under the Airline's regulations are reflected on EBT only. "Over-sized baggage" - baggage with the sum of three dimensions exceeding 203 cm. "Special baggage" - skiing outfits, snowboards, water skis, surf boards, golf articles, bicycles, skateboards, roller and hockey skates shall be carried free of charge. "Heavy baggage" ­ baggage one piece of which exceeds 32 kg. "Authorized agent" ­ organization specifically authorized by the Carrier to engage in activities relating to the Carrier's passenger service interests, including but not limited to the activities involving refunding, registration of duplicates and other service functions. 2. Regulations for carriage of sports equipment. 2.1. Skis (water skis) and snowboards. It is not necessary to notify the Airline in advance of carriage of skis (water skis / skiing outfits) and snowboards. Skis and snowboards shall be properly packed and checked-in. It is strictly forbidden to transport skiing outfits and snowboards in the passenger cabin. Skiing outfit wrapped in a case and weighing not more than 20 kg in addition to the free baggage limit may be transported by one person free of charge: 1. a pair of mountain / water skis with poles or a snowboard (or one ski for water slalom); 2. a pair of special skiing boots; 3. special skiing helmet; 4. goggles; 5. special outfit. When passengers travel in a group, more than one pair of skis or more than one snowboard may be transported in one case. The number of pairs of skis and snowboards shall not, however, exceed the number of passengers traveling together. In this case, it is allowed to consider 20 kg per person as the limit for free-of-charge carriage of skis, snowboards and skiing outfit. If the weight of the skiing outfit or snowboard (or when there is more than one set of skiing outfit or snowboard per person) exceeds the free baggage allowance, then each additional kilogram shall be charged under the applicable excess baggage tariff on this particular route.

2.2. Surf and kite boards. Surf and kite boards are carried free of charge. If the weight of the passenger's baggage including boards and their accessories exceeds the limit for free-of-charge carriage, each additional kilogram shall be charged under the applicable excess baggage tariff on this particular route. If the length of the board exceeds 140 cm (together with the accessories attached to it), then such carriage shall be agreed with the Airline in advance by means of the SSR query: SSR: 2BULK J2 NN1.1SURFBOARD 4KG 20X150X35, where 2 is the line number within the reservation. 2.3. Canoes. Canoes shall be carefully packed before carriage in the baggage section of the aircraft. It is strictly forbidden to transport canoes in the passenger cabin. If the weight of the passenger's baggage including the canoe and its accessories exceeds the limit for free-of-charge carriage, each additional kilogram shall be charged under the applicable excess baggage tariff on this particular route. It is necessary to examine the size of the canoe to ensure that it can be transported safely by a particular type of aircraft by means of the SSR query: BULK (e.g.: SSR:2BULK J2 NN1.1CANOE 45KG 50X100X35, where 2 is the line number within the reservation) for approval by the Airline. According to the existing practice, passengers checking-in a canoe are required to sign a waiver of claim in English, Russian or Azeri clearing the Airline of responsibility in the event of possible damage to it. One passenger may carry one canoe only. 2.4. Bicycles. Bicycles shall be accepted for carriage upon preliminary agreement with the Carrier. They can be carried free of charge if the total weight of the passenger's baggage including the bicycle does not exceed the free baggage allowance on this particular route. It is necessary to examine the size of the bicycle to ensure that it can be transported safely by a particular type of aircraft by means of the SSR query: 2BIKE J2 NN1.1 PIECE/P1, where 2 is the line number within the reservation) for approval by the Airline. Bicycles shall be accepted for carriage only if they are properly packed. Pedals shall be removed and tires deflated. It is strictly forbidden to transport bicycles in the passenger cabin. If the total weight of the baggage including the bicycle does not exceed the limit for free-ofcharge carriage on this particular route, the bicycle shall be transported free of charge. If the total weight of the baggage including the bicycle exceeds the limit for free-of-charge carriage, the excess baggage shall be charged under the applicable tariff.

One passenger may carry one bicycle only. According to the existing practice, passengers checking-in a bicycle are required to sign a waiver of claim in English, Russian or Azeri clearing the Airline of responsibility in the event of possible damage to it. 2.5. Golf articles. Golf articles shall be accepted for carriage without preliminary agreement with the Carrier. It is strictly forbidden to transport golf articles in the passenger cabin. Golf articles shall be carefully packed before carriage in the baggage section of the aircraft. One passenger may carry one set of golf articles in addition to the established baggage limit. Golf articles consist of: 1. One golf bag; 2. A set of golf sticks; 3. Golf balls; 4. A pair of golf shoes. Golf accessories shall be carried free of charge under the applicable tariff. If their weight exceeds the free baggage allowance each additional kilogram shall be charged under the applicable excess baggage tariff on this particular route. 2.6. Diving equipment. Diving equipment shall be accepted for carriage upon preliminary agreement with the Carrier by the following SSR query: SSR:3SPEQ J2 NN1. DIVE EQUIP 15 KG/P1, where 3 is the line number within the reservation. One set of diving equipment includes: Diving suit; Floatability compensator; Regulator; Mask and breathing tube; Flippers; Weighted belt; Lamp; One empty oxygen cylinder. If the weight of the passenger's baggage including the diving equipment exceeds the free baggage allowance, each additional kilogram shall be charged under the applicable excess baggage tariff on this particular route. Air cylinders shall be empty and valves open during transportation. The diving lamp shall be de-energized, while the lamp proper and the battery removed. The lamp can be transported as carry-on baggage only. One passenger can transport one set of diving equipment. 3. Regulations for carriage of musical instruments and fragile objects.

During carriage of musical instruments, for example cello or contrabass, an additional seat in the cabin shall be paid for. The instrument shall weigh under 75 kg, while its size shall not exceed 120 x 50 x 30 cm. Guitars, saxophones and other musical instruments of a similar size shall be accepted as carry-on baggage. During carriage of fragile objects weighing less than 75 kg and not more than 120 x 50 x 30 cm in size, as well as the above-mentioned equipment (except for guitars, saxophones and other musical instrument of a similar size), an amount equal to 50% of the tariff stated on the passenger's ticket shall be paid (EXST or CBBG) with subsequent provision of an adjacent seat in the cabin of the aircraft. If there is no such class on a given flight, it is possible to change the class manually by specifying category CBBG or EXST on the passenger's ticket. Fragile objects and musical instruments shall be accepted for carriage in the cabin of the aircraft only provided there is preliminary approval of the Carrier reflected in the booking system. In the event of carriage of an animal by an adult passenger, the following query shall be submitted: SSR:3CBBG J2 NN1.CELLO 1004435/P1, where 3 is the line number within the reservation. It is prohibited to carry into the aircraft cabin the TV sets and other domestic electric and technical appliances whose size exceeds the carry-on baggage allowance. 4. Regulations for carriage of over-sized and heavy baggage. Over-sized baggage shall be accepted for carriage provided that the cargo hatches and baggage cargo compartments are large enough to enable loading (offloading) onto (from) the aircraft and placement on board. Such baggage shall have handles for carriage and devices for fixing it during movement to, from and on board the aircraft. The Carrier shall have the right to refuse to carry over-sized and/or heavy baggage. In the event of carriage of above-level and (or) over-sized baggage by the aircraft of several Carriers, the Carrier processing carriage documents for such baggage shall obtain approval of these Carriers for such carriage. Carriage of over-sized and/or heavy baggage shall be possible only if the Carrier provides preliminary approval for such carriage in the reservation system by means of the following query: SSR:2BULK J2 NN1.1LARGE EQUIP 40KG 90X100X35, where 2 is the line number within the reservation. If there is no such preliminary approval, the Carrier reserves the right to refuse to carry heavy baggage. The baggage one piece of which weighs more than 45 kg shall be accepted for carriage only as cargo. Over-sized and/or heavy baggage is not covered by the allowed limit for free carriage of

baggage and is charged under a tariff equal to 200% of the applicable tariff for each kilogram of excess baggage on this particular route.

5. Regulations for carriage of pets and birds. Air carriage of pets (birds) is implemented as checked-in baggage (in the cargo compartment of the aircraft) or in the aircraft cabin upon preliminary approval of the Carrier and, in case of international travel, with permission of countries of transit and destination. The passenger shall notify the Carrier or its authorized agent of carriage of pets (birds) when booking or buying the air ticket, but not later than 24 hours before departure. During transportation, pets (birds) shall be placed inside a hard container (wooden or plastic) or a metal cage enabling the access of air and a safe lock. The size of such a container (cage) shall be large enough to allow the animal to stand on its feet and turn around 360 degrees. The bottom of the container (cage) shall be water-proof and covered with an absorbent. It shall have a board all around it to prevent spilling of the absorbent. Bird cages shall be covered with a solid light-proof fabric. One container (cage) may be used by more than two adult animals if the weight of each of them does not exceed 14 kg and they can stay together. Bigger animals shall be carried in separate containers (cages). One container (cage) may be used by not more than three animals of one yield not older than six months old. Carriage of pets (birds) in the aircraft cabin shall be possible only if the Carrier provides preliminary approval for such carriage in the reservation system by means of the following query: SSR: 2PETC J2 NN1.CAT IN CONTAINER 35X50X30 CM TTL WEIGHT 4KG, where 2 is the line number within the reservation. Animals shall remain in containers (cages). The weight of the container (cage) with the animal shall not exceed 5 kg. The size of the container (cage) in the sum of three dimensions (length/height/width) shall not exceed 115 cm. During flight, the container (cage) with the animal shall be placed in the aircraft cabin under the front seat. It is prohibited to place the container (cage) with the animal near emergency exits, in the aisles and on baggage racks. The animal shall remain inside the closed container (cage) for the entire duration of the flight (during flight, steering, boarding/disembarkation, etc.). Carriage of pets (birds) in the cargo compartment of the aircraft is also subject to preliminary approval of the Carrier in the reservation system provided that the adult animal is accompanied by a passenger traveling on the same route for the entire duration of the journey. The following query shall be submitted: SSR:3AVIH J2 NN1.DOG CONTAINER 100X110X80 18KG/P1, where 3 is the line number within the reservation.

During check-in for the flight, the passenger carrying a pet (bird) is required to produce all documents (certificates) regarding the health of the pet (bird) issued by competent veterinarian bodies, as well as other documents required in countries of destination and transit in case of international travel. The Airline reserves the right to limit the number of animals carried on one flight depending on the type of the aircraft, route, revenue load, etc. No more than two non-antagonistic pets (birds) may be carried in the aircraft cabin at the same time. The free baggage limit does not apply to pets (birds). Carriage of animals is charged under the tariff for excess baggage proceeding from the actual mass of the animal together with the container (cage). Guide-dogs accompanying passengers with impaired vision shall be carried in the aircraft cabin free of charge in addition to the established limit for free carriage of baggage provided that they are properly trained, which shall be confirmed by a certificate, the dog has a leash and a muzzle and is attached to its owner's chair. Passengers with impaired vision and accompanied by guide-dogs are provided with seats at the rear end of the aircraft cabin. Pets (birds) may be accepted for carriage if the passenger assumes the entire responsibility for them. The Carrier shall not be liable for the damage caused to such animals by third persons. Neither shall the Carrier be liable to the passenger in case of rejection of transit or import of pets (birds) through or to a country. The passenger shall observe all of the Carrier's requirements, reimburse the Carrier for all the losses or extra costs associated with the damage caused to the Aircraft, other passengers' baggage, health and/or life of other passengers. 6. Regulations for carriage of baby carriages. Baby carriages (including umbrella-type carriages) are to be transported in a baggage compartment and are carried free of charge as excess baggage. The passengers are welcome to use a baby carriage at the airport before boarding. Once boarding has been announced, passengers are kindly asked to give the baby carriage to the airport staff to be loaded into the aircraft baggage compartment.

7. Regulations for carriage of wheelchairs. Are carried free of charge as excess baggage. Wheelchairs with dry-charged batteries are transported in the baggage compartment subject to the battery being disconnected, the battery clamp insulated to avoid sudden shortcircuit, and the battery safely attached to the chair. Wheelchairs with helium type batteries can be transported without battery disconnection

subject to the battery clamp being insulated. Wheelchairs with electrolyte batteries are transported in the baggage compartment subject to the battery being disconnected, battery clamp insulated, and the battery packed in a container with absorbing material and marked properly. Considering the specific nature of carriage and the availability of several types of wheelchairs, the Carrier shall be notified in advance of the following types of SSR transportation: WCHC - wheelchair ­ ­ Cabin seat.
