For more information, contact: Mary Deatrick, DPR (407) 332-5212, [email protected] ORLANDO (Jan. 10, 2008) After providing sound financial advice to clients since 1973, Chepenik Financial has recently made a smart financial investment of its own -- purchasing its own office building, the former Maroon Homes building at 1010 Orange Avenue in Winter Park. The firm, which is headed by Founder and Managing Director Barnett (Barney) Chepenik, was formerly located at 1900 Summit Tower Blvd., Suite 170, in Maitland. "After a long, meticulous search, we're thrilled to have found a new home in beautiful Winter Park. With the continuing growth of our firm and our clientele, becoming our own landlords simply makes good financial sense. And after all, that's what we're all about," joked Chepenik. The new two-story office offers 3,700 square feet, including executive offices, a spacious conference room and space for the firm's anticipated growth. Chepenik Financial provides investment planning, corporate benefits and retirement services for high net worth individuals, corporations and non-profit organizations. The firm was founded on Barney's belief that clients would prefer to work with a company that did more than just write health and life insurance policies, so he created a firm based on creative, customized solutions and personalized service. In 1999, Barney's son, Jason, joined the business, providing expertise in financial planning and retirement plan consulting, while also attracting new clients from across the country. Jason is also a frequent analyst on WESH NewsChannel 2, offering his advice as the station's financial advisor. As the needs of Chepenik's clients have grown and evolved, so has the firm, expanding its team to include expertise in key areas such as financial planning, investments, health insurance, life insurance and business succession planning. In 2006, Phillip Senderowitz joined the team as chief investment officer. Chepenik Financial is located at 1010 Orange Ave., Winter Park, Florida, 32789 and works with almost $1 billion in assets for more than 25,000 employees. For more information, visit ###
