Learn the basics of fascial lines and how to unwind the lines using MLT. MLT utilizes the proprioceptive qualities of the ligaments to release hyper-tense muscles and unwind fascial lines. Students will learn how to analyze fascial lines / posture utilizing myaofascial length testing to determine the best MLT releases to unwind an entire line: often with one well chosen release. Each module covers a fascial line, length testing and the MTL protocols associated with that line.
