Nerja is our favourite town on the Costa del Sol. It has escaped the overdevelopment of other parts of this coastline, but still offers a taste of the designer glamour of Marbella. However, it is very much an all year round town, with the old quarters providing real soul. The town's beach is a dramatic expanse of dark sand, with a pretty promenade and buzzing little beach cafes and eateries. Drive further round the headland and you'll discover many smaller bays and tiny coves. As well as the numerous restaurant choices within easy walking distance, breakfast, lunch and dinner are laid on at the tennis and rackets club next to the villas. The sunny apartments (with one to three bedrooms) all have large living rooms with private terraces. Some villas have their own private pools, and there is a pretty shared pool for the whole complex. The kitchens are well equipped, having a washing machine and dishwasher. Plus regular room servicing means there's no need to worry about the housework. There are all manner of watersports available, plus golf, tennis, horse-riding and biking in the hills. A day out to glamorous Marbella is not to be missed, and if you head inland you'll find beautiful Granada, Ronda and Seville, some of Andalucia's finest cities. In addition to the Nerja Beach Villas pictured here, we also offer a selection of independent villas and apartments in Nerja.
