R.--At the Crown Sessions to be held at Mallow on the 5th February and 30th June, the Grand Jury will be sworn at 11 o'clock a.m., after which the panel of Petty Jurors will be called. No appeals or other business will be heard at these Sessions. The Grand Jury sworn at the hour of n o'clock on the Fourth Day of Sessions in each of the other towns. Ordinary Civil Bills, commencing with Undefended cases, and cases Defended for time only, heard in alphabetical order at 11 o'clock on the First Day of each Sessions ; then applications for Spirit Licenses and Appeals from the Decisions of Magistrates heard, after which Juries sworn for the Trial of Crown Cases. Ejectments and Replevins heard on the Fifth Day, at 11 a.m., (except at Youghal, when they are called the First Day). Appeals from Petty Sessions and Spirit Licence Applications will be heard at Kanturk on Fourth Day of Sessions, at 12 noon. Co. Cork, W. R.--Ordinary Civil Bills commencing with Undefended cases, and cases Defended for time only, will be heard in alphabetical order at 10 o'clock on the First Day of each Sessions, and until n o'clock on the Second Day ; Ejectments and Replevins on the Fourth Day, at n o'clock a.m. Applications for Spirit Licences, Appeals from Petty Sessions at the Criminal side of the Court will be heard at n o'clock on the Second Day of each Sessions, and the Grand Jury will be sworn at 12 o'clock noon. Criminal Business will then be proceeded with.
