California Children's Services (CCS)

Provides specialized medical care for children with eligible medical conditions (ages 0-21).

Child Health & Disability Prevention (CHDP) Dental Care (Denti-Cal)

Provides free health checkups and immunizations for low income children (ages 0-21).

Referrals to dental services for Medi-Cal eligible individuals (all ages).

Family Resource Network

Serves families raising children, ages birth to 22 years, with special needs. No income limits or eligibility requirements. FRN also serves the professionals working with the children.

Head Start

Provides educational, health, and social services to low income children, including children with special needs (ages 0-5).

Healthy Families, Medi-Cal, Healthy Kids (Health Plan of San Joaquin) Human Services Agency Mental Health Services

Publicly operated health system providing health care to low income individuals.

Facilitates inter-departmental collaboration for at-risk children, regardless of which agency door the child and their family used to enter the system.
