Prior to co-founding Neon Liberty in 2002, Mr. Mehta was a Managing Director of JP Morgan Emerging Markets Equity Group. Mr. Mehta was the group's CIO responsible for investment strategy and country allocation process from its launch in 1990 until his departure in 2002. Mr. Mehta has invested in international markets for over 19 years and started as an equity research analyst in London, covering the financial and media sectors.

Peter Douglas has 21 years experience in the investment management industry, gained in London, Singapore, Sydney, and Tokyo. He is principal of GFIA Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based consulting firm, established in 1998, specializing in the research of hedge funds in Asia. GFIA is probably Asia's only independent hedge fund consultancy, compensated solely by fully disclosed fees from investors and allocators. Peter began his career with the Foreign & Colonial group of asset management companies, before establishing Aberdeen Asset Management's business activities in Singapore, and working with Investor Select Advisors, a global fund of hedge funds, where he was responsible for research and allocation to Asian hedge funds.

In 1993 Anwar was elected Deputy President of UMNO and appointed Deputy Prime Minister while he continued to serve as Finance Minister. In the same year he chaired the AseanVietnam Study Group, which prepared the report Shared Destiny: Southeast Asia in the 21st Century recommending the entry of Vietnam into Asean. In that year Euromoney magazine mentioned him to be one of the top four finance ministers of the year and in 1996 Asiamoney named him as Finance Minister of the Year. He was elected Chairman of the Development Committee of the IMF-World Bank annual meeting in 1997. Anwar jointly chaired the Pacific Dialogue (1994-1997) with Senator William Cohen. The group, comprising leaders from various disciplines across many nations in the Pacific Rim, were engaged in considering the challenges facing the Asia-Pacific region in the 21st Century and how it might attain lasting peace and prosperity. His criticism of corruption and abuse of power within the Malaysian government and his vocal demand for reform resulted in his arrest and imprisonment in September 1998. Ibrahim, who led a new democratic movement in Malaysia from his prison cell, was released in September 2004.

CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY: Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is always welcome at no extra charge. Alternatively, we will make a prompt refund less a service charge of 10% of the fee for cancellations received in writing (letter or facsimile) no later than 13th March 2006. Where notice is given between this date and 20th March 2006, refunds will be 50% of the fee, thereafter we regret that no refunds can be made.
