I. HOMEOWNERS PROGRAM: GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS & RULES

The Homeowners Policy Program provides property and liability coverage, using the forms and endorsement specified in this manual. This manual contains the rules and classifications governing the writing of the Homeowners Policy. The rules, rates, forms and endorsements of the Company for each coverage shall govern in all cases not specifically provided for in this manual. All policies (New and Renewal) are subject to a $15 Policy Administration Fee that is billable upon the first invoice of the policy term.

5. When payments are being made on a regular basis of less than three months the premium must be paid using automatic bank withdrawal. An exception to this rule may be made if the policyholder does not have an account at an institution which will allow automatic withdrawals. Exceptions to this rule must be approved by the company. ACCEPTABLE METHODS OF PAYMENT: Payments may be made by check, credit card, or by automatic bank withdrawal. Any payment which is rejected by a financial institution or credit card company shall be considered as non-payment of premium and subject to the cancellation provisions of the policy.

1.3. RETURNED CHECKS 1.1. POLICY PERIOD

All Homeowners policies are written for a period of one year and may be extended for successive policy periods by a renewal certificate based upon the premium, forms, and endorsements then in effect for the company. Premiums may be paid annually, or in accordance with the Premium Payment Plan outlined below. Up to the maximum service charge permitted by law (K.S.A. 21-3707) will be charged for all returned checks. Late Payment Fee also applies when settlement is after the original due date.

1.4. CANCELLATIONS OR REDUCTIONS

It shall not be permissible to cancel any of the mandatory coverages in the policy unless the entire policy is cancelled. The Refund Premium due for the cancellation of a policy, for the reduction in Coverage or Limits of Liability, is computed Pro Rata. A $35.00 minimum earned premium applies in the event of any cancellations.

1.2. PREMIUM PAYMENT PLAN

Homeowners premiums may be paid in installments of less than one year. The company may accept the payment of premium where the payments are made in equal amounts on a regular, preselected basis; or, The company may accept any prorata amount of the annual premium. Payment of premium is subject to the following guidelines: 1. Each installment payment is subject to a service fee of $3 which is non-refundable subject to the following exceptions: a. There is no charge for payments accepted by automatic bank withdrawals. Note: The installment service charge does apply to payments made by credit/debit card. 2. The minimum premium payment is $35; 3. The initial premium payment must be a prorata amount equal to not less than 25% of the annual premium; 4. The amount subsequent to the initial payment may be any amount, provided it is an amount equal to the greater of one of the following: a. the amount is equal to the minimum payment of $35; or, b. the amount is equal to the premium due for one month.

Farmers Mutual Insurance Company 1.5. REVISIONS TO THE PROGRAM

Any revision of the premiums or rates in this section apply at the next effective date of New and Renewal Policies: 1.5.A. at the policy effective date after the effective date of the announced revision; and 1.5.B. in the manner stated in the revision announcement. Any revision of the forms and endorsements in this section apply at the next effective date of the policy. Increases in the Limits of Liability without a corresponding increase in premium will become effective on the date the change becomes effective. Decreases in the Limits of Liability without a corresponding decrease in premium will become effective on the next effective date of the policy.

1.6. MULTIPLE COMPANY INSURANCE

When the companies agree to do so, property coverages may be divided among two or more companies on a percentage basis. The same property forms, endorsements and deductibles must apply to all policies. All property coverages must be divided. Scheduled personal property coverages may be divided. Liability coverages are not divided and the name and policy number of the company retaining the liability coverages must be shown in each policy. Use ML-178, Insurance by More Than One Company.

L and M in the Declaration of its policy.

1.7. SECONDARY RESIDENCE PREMISES

1.7.A. Property Coverage on secondary residence premises may be provided on a separate Dwelling Fire & EC policy. Refer to City Fire rules. 1.7.B. Liability Coverage on secondary residence premises may be provided under the Homeowners Policy.

1.6.A. Premium:

I.6.A.1. Compute the premium for the Total Coverage A Limit of Liability and additional Property Coverages, if any, from the manual of each Company. 1.6.A.2. Subtract $17 from the premium computed under 1.6A.1., for each Company. 1.6.A.3. Allocate to each Company their percentage participation of the percent of their net total premium under 1.6.A.2.. 1.6.A.4. The Company retaining the Liability Coverages receives, in addition to the percentage share of its premium under 1.6.A.3., the amount subtracted from its premium under 1.6.A.2., plus any premium for additional Liability Limits and Exposures.

1.8. TRANSFER OR ASSIGNMENT

Subject to all the rules of this manual and any necessary adjustment of premium, a Homeowners Policy may be endorsed to effect: 1.8.A. transfer to another location within the same state; or 1.8.B. assignment from one insured to another in the event of transfer of title of the dwelling.

Farmers Mutual Insurance Company 1.9. PUBLIC PROTECTION CLASSIFICATION

The Protection Class listed in the Public Protection Classification Manual will apply to risks insured under the Homeowners Program. The Protection Class indicated applies in a municipality or classified area where a single class of fire protection is available throughout (8, 7, 6, etc.) In classified areas where two or more classifications are shown (e.g.6/9) the classification is determined as follows: A. 5 road miles or less w/hydrant B. 5 road miles or less w/hydrant DISTANCE TO FIRE STATION CLASS

The company reserves the right to accept or reject any premium payment received after the date the premium is due. If the company elects to accept the late payment and reinstate coverage, it is a requirement that no losses have occurred or will be claimed during the period between the date the premium was due and the date the premium is accepted. 1.13.A. Premium Payment Plan - If the company has started cancellation procedures by sending a notice of cancellation due to late payment, a charge of $25 will be assessed. 1.13.B. Expirations - If the premium is not received in our office on or prior to the expiration date, a $25 late payment fee will be assessed.

1.10. RESTRICTION OF INDIVIDUAL POLICIES

If a Homeowners Policy would not be issued because of unusual circumstances or exposures, the named insured may request a restriction of the policy provided no reduction in the premium is allowed. Such requests shall be referred to the Company and filed with the Kansas Insurance Department.

1.11. SEASONAL DWELLING DEFINITION (Refer to City Fire Rules)

A seasonal dwelling is a dwelling with continuous unoccupancy of thirty days or more during any one year period &/or is not insured's primary residence.

1.12. SINGLE BUILDING DEFINITION

All buildings or sections of buildings which communicate through unprotected openings shall be considered as a single building. Buildings which are separated by space shall be considered separate buildings. Buildings or sections of buildings which are separated by an eight inch masonry party wall which pierces or rises to the underside of the roof shall be considered as separate buildings. Communication between buildings with independent walls or through masonry party walls described above shall be protected by at least a Class A fire door installed in a masonry wall section.

2.2.B. LIABILITY COVERAGE--ALL FORMS

Coverage L - Personal Liability Coverage M - Medical Payments to Others 2.2.B.1. Personal Liability--Covers payment on behalf of any insured of all sums which the insured shall become legally obligated to pay as damages because of bodily injury or property damage arising out of an insured's premises or personal activities. 2.2.B.2. Medical Payments to Others--Covers medical expenses incurred by persons, other than the insured, who sustain bodily injury caused by accident arising out of an insured's premises or personal activities.

2.3.A. Form 1, Form 2, and Form 3

A Homeowners Policy may be issued: 2.3.A.1. to the owner-occupant(s) of a dwelling which is used exclusively for private residential purposes and contains not more than 2 families and/or with not more than 2 boarders or roomers per family; or 2.3.A.2. to the purchaser-occupant(s) who has entered into a long term installment contract for the purchase of the dwelling and who occupies the dwelling but to whom title does not pass from the seller until all terms of the installment contract have been satisfied. The seller retains title until completion of the payments and in no way acts as a mortgagee. The seller's interest in the building and premises liability may be covered using Endorsement ML-41, Additional Insured; or 2.3.A.3. to the occupant of a dwelling under a life estate arrangement. (The owner's interest in the building and premises liability may be covered using Endorsement ML-41, Additional Insured) 2.3.A.4. The amount of insurance for Coverage A must be at least 100% of Actual Cash Value of the dwelling at the policy inception date.

2.3.D. Co-Owner Occupation

When a 2 family dwelling is occupied by coowners, each occupying distinct living quarters with separate entrances, a Homeowners policy providing building coverage may be issued to only one of the co-owner occupants of the dwelling. 2.3.D.1. The policy may be endorsed to cover the interest of the other co-owner(s) in the building and for premises liability. A separate Homeowners Policy Form 4 may be issued to co-owners occupying the other apartment in the dwelling. 2.3.D.2. It is permissible to extend the Homeowners Policy, without additional premium charge, to cover the interest of a nonoccupant joint owner in the building and for premises liability. Use Endorsement ML-41, Additional Insured.

2.3.E. Seasonal Dwelling

Refer to City Fire rules to insure a seasonal dwelling.

2.3.F. Secondary Residences

Refer to City Fire rules to insure secondary residences.

2.3.G. Incidental Occupancies

Certain occupancies incidental to the dwelling are permitted provided: 2.3.G.1. the premise is occupied principally for dwelling purposes; and 2.3.G.2. there is no other business conducted on the premises.

2.3.B. Form 1A, Form 2A (Actual Cash Value)

A Homeowners Policy may be issued to the owneroccupant of a dwelling who may find it difficult or inappropriate to insure the dwelling as all coverage is Actual Cash Value and must qualify under 2.3.A. above. 2.3.B.1. The amount of insurance for Coverage A must be at 100% ACV but may not be less than 25% of replacement cost. 2.3.B.2. Form 1A & Form 2A are developed by endorsing ML-15 (Actual Cash Value Coverage) to Booklet Form 1 & Form 2, respectively, to allow actual cash value. Prior approval must be received from the company.

2.3.H. Farm/Farm Liability

A Homeowners Policy shall not be issued covering any property to which farm forms or rates apply under the rules of the Company. Optional liability coverage is available for certain farm liability exposures as specified in Optional Coverage - Liability Section.

2.3.I. Mobile Homes

A Homeowners Policy shall not be issued to cover any mobile home, trailer home, or house trailer, whether or not set on foundations or otherwise made stationary; or its contents. Refer to City Fire rules for insuring these types of dwellings.

2.3.C. Form 4 (Renters Form)

A Homeowners Policy may be issued only to: 2.3.C.1. The tenant(s) (non-owner) of a dwelling or an apartment situated in any building; or 2.3.C.2. The owner-occupant(s) of a dwelling, cooperative unit or of a building containing an apartment not otherwise eligible for a Homeowners Policy under 2.3.A. above, provided the residence premises occupied by the insured is used exclusively for residential purposes and is not occupied by more than one additional family or more than two boarders or roomers.

2.3.J. Dwellings Under Construction

Refer to City Fire rules to insure dwellings under construction.

III. POLICY COVERAGES AND PREMIUMS

3.1. MANDATORY COVERAGES

3.1.A. It is mandatory that insurance be written for all Coverages provided under both property and liability of the Homeowners Policy. 3.1.B. Liability Coverage of the policy requires coverage for the following exposures, if they exist: 3.1.B.1. all additional insured locations where the named insured or spouse maintains a residence other than business or farm properties; 3.1.B.2. all residence employees of the named insured or spouse not covered or not required to be covered by workers' compensation insurance; and 3.1.B.3. permitted incidental occupancies by the insured on residential premises of the named insured.

3.4. WHOLE DOLLAR PREMIUM

3.4.A. All premiums shown on the policy and endorsements shall be rounded to the nearest whole dollar. A premium of fifty cents ($.50) or more shall be rounded to the next whole dollar. 3.4.B. In the event of cancellation by the Company, the return premium may be carried to the next higher whole dollar. 3.4.C. In computing the billing for the payment plan option on annual policies, we prefer the 5% surcharge be computed on the ROUNDED ANNUAL PREMIUM. This 5% surcharge amount should not be rounded. It should be added to the ROUNDED ANNUAL PREMIUM and the resulting total should be divided by two (2) to obtain the amount due semi-annually. This total should NOT be rounded. The insured will be billed for the exact amount. 3.4.D. Most rates in this manual are based on Rate per $1,000. However, in instances where rates are based on Rate per $100 or where a number of items may be combined to result in one premium, premiums on individual items should not be rounded. Rather, the total premium for the coverage should be rounded.

3.2. DEDUCTIBLES

For deductible options, refer to Optional Coverages Property, Section IV. A $500 Base and a manditory $1000 W/H Deductible Applies.

3.3. MINIMUM PREMIUM

3.3.A. Minimum written premium shall be $35.00. 3.3.B A minimum annual earned premium of $35 shall be charged for each policy. 3.3.C. The $35 minimum earned premium may include all chargeable endorsements or coverages if written at inception of the policy. When such endorsements or coverages are attached after the inception of the policy, the charge for each applies in accordance with the minimum premium rules, if any, for the endorsement. 3.3.D. Additional premiums for policy changes occurring during the current policy term shall be computed pro rata of the annual premium. When a policy is endorsed subsequent to the inception date, any additional or return premium of $5.00 or less may be waived. 3.3.E. When policies are written under the premium payment plan, no payment shall be less than $35.00. 3.3.F. When new applications are submitted with money and policies issued, any additional or return premium of $5 or less may be waived.

3.5. CALCULATION OF PREMIUM

3.5.A. All calculations are based on $500.00 deductible amounts. 3.5.B. Determine the basic policy premium based on the amount of Coverage A. This basic premium must reflect revised limits of Coverage C, if applicable. 3.5.C. Modify the amount determined in 3.5.B. to reflect the selected deductible options. This is the BASE PREMIUM from which all additional credits and charges will be computed. 3.5.D. Add the additional premiums for all mandatory and optional personal property coverages and all mandatory or optional liability coverages to the amount determined in 3.5.C..

The premiums shown in the following interpolation examples are for illustration only and are not necessarily the premiums shown in the rate pages of this manual.

3.6.A.2. If the desired amount of insurance is not shown, use one of the following calculations: 3.6.A.2.a. If the desired amount of insurance is more than the highest amount shown, determine the premium for the desired amount as follows:

3.6.A. ALL FORMS

3.6.A.1. From the rate pages, select the BASE PREMIUM for Protection, Construction, Form and Amount of Insurance.

Example: $150,000 policy amount.

3.7.A. FRAME - exterior walls of wood or other combustible construction, including wood, iron clad, stucco on wood or plaster on combustible supports. 3.7.B. MASONRY VENEER - exterior walls of combustible construction veneered with brick or stone. 3.7.C. MASONRY - exterior walls constructed of masonry materials such as adobe, brick, concrete, gypsum block, hollow concrete block, stone, tile or similar materials and floors and roof of combustible construction (disregarding floors resting directly on the ground). IV. OPTIONAL PROPERTY COVERAGE AND LIMITS OF LIABILITY

4.1. PERSONAL PROPERTY (COVERAGE C) REPLACEMENT COST COVERAGE (ALL FORMS)

4.1.A. Minimum limit on Coverage C to qualify for Replacement Cost is $15,000. Refer to Personal Property, Increased Limit, to increase to Replacement Cost minimum. 4.1.B. Coverage may be provided when loss to property covered under the policy is caused by a peril insured against, we cover the increased cost which results from the enforcement of a code, ordinance or law which regulates the construction, repair or demolition of the property. This coverage does not increase the limit shown for the damaged property. All other terms of the policy apply. The premium shall be determined by multiplying the Coverage A limit by the rate shown in the Rate Table "For Each Add'l $1,000 Add" at the bottom of the Premium Rate Tables for the dwelling to which it pertains. 4.6. EARTHQUAKE COVERAGE (ALL FORMS)

4.7. RESIDENCE RENTED TO OTHERS 4.3. SOLID FUEL HEATING CHARGES

Freestanding, solid fueled heating devices used in dwellings require an additional premium which shall be developed by applying a factor of 1.30 to the BASE PREMIUM subject to a minimum of $25. If heating devices are installed during the term of the policy, they must be declared immediately and an additional premium charge made for the unexpired term of the policy. Attach Endorsement MRSB-5, Solid Fueled Heating Permit. Personal property of the insured may be covered while the residence, normally occupied by the insured, is rented to others on an occasional basis. Multiply Basic Premium by .05% and add. Use Endorsement ML-336, Residence Rented to Others.

4.8. FIRE DEPARTMENT SERVICE CHARGE - (ALL FORMS)

The limit of $500 provided under the Homeowners Policy may be increased subject to the rules and rates of the Company. For optional increase additional charge is $2.35 per $100.00. Minimum amount of increase is $250. Use Endorsement ML-30 - Fire Department Service Charge--Higher Limit

4.4. BUILDING ADDITIONS AND ALTERATIONS INCREASED LIMIT (FORM 4)

When the limit of liability of 10% of Coverage C is increased, the premium per $1,000 of insurance shall be the Form 4 premium for each additional $1,000 shown on the rate pages. Use Endorsement ML-30, Tenants Improvements and Betterments--Higher Limits.

4.9. LOSS OF USE--INCREASED LIMIT--(ALL FORMS)

4.10.A. When the insured maintains an incidental office, professional, private school or studio occupancy in the dwelling or in a separate structure on the premises, which otherwise meets the eligibility requirements, the limit of liability for Coverage C of Property Section must be increased from 50% to not less than 60% of the Coverage A limit. The increased Coverage C limit and the liability exposure change must be rated. 4.10.B. When the insured gives professional instruction, such as music, dancing, or similar instruction in the dwelling, employs no assistants and there has been no physical alteration of the dwelling to accommodate the occupancy, the increased amount for Coverage C of Property Section may be waived. The limit of liability for Coverage C may be reduced to an amount no less than 40% of the limit for Coverage A at a credit of $1 per $1,000 of insurance. Reduction in the limit of liability for Coverage C is not permitted when Endorsement ML-42, Office, Professional, Private School or Studio Use is required.

4.11. OTHER STRUCTURES - (ALL

FORMS)

4.11.A. When insurance is written on a specific structure for increased limits, the premium for the additional amount of insurance may be determined by multiplying the amount of insurance desired by the rate shown in the Rate Table "For Each Add'l $1,000 Add" at the bottom of the Premium Rate Tables for the dwelling to which they pertain. Use Endorsement ML-48, Related Pr4ate Structures. 4.11.B. When insurance is written on another structure occupied by the insured with a permitted incidental occupancy, the premium for the additional amount of insurance may be determined by multiplying the amount of insurance desired by the rate shown in the Rate Table "For Each Add'l $1,000 Add" at the bottom of the Premium Rate Tables for the dwelling to which they pertain. Use Endorsement ML-42, Office, Professional, Pr4ate School or Studio Use. 4.11.C. Coverage for private structures on the described premises rented or held for rental, to others, used for residential purposes, are not permitted under the Homeowner's program. Refer to City Fire rules.

4.13. PERSONAL PROPERTY SCHEDULED -- (ALL FORMS)

Coverage may be provided, against all risks of physical loss with certain exceptions, on scheduled personal property subject to the rules and rates of the Company. See Section VI. Use Endorsement ML-61, Scheduled Personal Property.

4.14. SOUND RECEIVING AND TRANSMITTING EQUIPMENT - (ALL FORMS)

4.15. REFRIGERATED PRODUCTS - (ALL FORMS)

This provides coverage for loss to personal property caused by interruption of electrical service or breakdown of the refrigerated unit. Minimum coverage is $500 for a $5.89 premium. Additional coverage may be purchased at the rate of $.71 per $100. Policy deductible does not apply. Use Endorsement ML-155, Added Perils for Refrigerated Products.

4.18. UNSCHEDULED JEWELRY, WATCHES, AND FURS

The limit for unscheduled jewelry, watches, and furs may be increased at the additional premium of $10.59 per $500 insurance. Maximum additional amount is $1,500. Use Endorsement ML-65, Coverage C - Higher Limit of Liability for Certain Property.

4.16. ADDED VALUE ENDORSEMENT - (FORM 3 ONLY)

This endorsement is available only for risks in protection classes 1-8, written with an ML-3. The form provides coverage for the following:

4.19. GUNS AND GUN ACCESSORIES

Coverage for guns and gun accessories may be increased at additional premium of $3.53 per $100 of insurance. Maximum additional amount is $1,500. Use Endorsement ML-65, Coverage C - Higher Limit of Liability for Certain Property.

4.16.A. BACK-UP OF SEWER AND DRAINS:

We will provide coverage for direct loss to Coverage A-Dwelling and Coverage C-Personal Property caused by water which backs up through sewers or drains or water which enters into and overflows from within a sump pump, sump pump well, or other type system designed to remove subsurface water which is drained from the foundation areas up to $5,000. A $250 deductible or the policy deductible applies, whichever is greater.

4.20. SILVERWARE, GOLDWARE AND PEWTERWARE

Coverage for silverware, goldware and pewterware may be increased at the additional premium of $4.41 per $500 of insurance. Maximum additional amount is $10,000. Use Endorsement ML-65, Coverage C - Higher Limit of Liability for Certain Property.

4.16.B. LOCK REPLACEMENT:

We will pay up to $250 to repair or replace door or window locks on the part of the "residence premises" when the insured's keys have been lost or stolen. No deductible applies.

4.16.C. LIABILITY COVERAGE SECTION:

OPTIONAL LIABILITY COVERAGES & LIMITS OF LIABILITY

Refer to the rate pages when the limit of liability for Coverage L (Personal Liability) and Coverage M (Medical Payments to Others) is increased or coverage for additional exposures is provided. The same limits must apply to all exposures. Coverage L limits apply on an "occurrence" basis; Coverage M limits, on an "each person" basis. Annual premiums are provided for: - Basic Limits of $100,000 Coverage L and $1,000 Coverage M unless otherwise indicated. - Increased Limits up to $500,000 Coverage L and $5,000 Coverage M.

5.2.D. ADDITIONAL RESIDENCE RENTED TO OTHERS

Coverage may be provided for additional one or two family residence premises rented to others, owned by the Named Insured or spouse, at the additional premium shown in the rate pages. Use Endorsement ML-70, Additional Residential Premises Rented To Others.

5.2.E. RESIDENCE EMPLOYEES

5.1. RESIDENCE PREMISES - Basic & Increased Limits

The following limits are available: 5.1. A. Coverage L --Liability: Limits of $100,000, $200,000, $300,000 or $500,000. 5.1. B. Coverage M--Medical Payments: Limits of $1,000, $2,000 or $5,000.

Charges do not apply to employees working less than half of the customary full time or to whom workers' compensation exclusion applies as stated in Liability Section of the policy. Eligibility:

5.2.F. FARMERS LIABILITY

5.2.F.1. The Homeowners Policy may be endorsed to provide coverage when the insured has a farm away from the residence premises. Use Endorsement ML-29, Farm Liability Coverage Section. 5.2.F.1.a. Employers Liability. This coverage may be extended to include employers liability including medical payments for farm employees of any Insured. Use Endorsement ML-311, Farm Employees Liability Coverage. 5.2.F.1.b. Incidental Farming. The coverage may be extended for the liability of the Insured when farming is conducted on the residence premises and is incidental to the use of the premises as a dwelling, and the income derived from the farming operation is not the insured's primary source of income. Use Endorsement ML-320, Incidental Farming. The following may not be covered: 5.2.F.2. Farms where the principal purpose of the farm is: 5.2.F.2.a. to supply commodities for manufacturing or processing by the Insured for sale to others, such as creameries and dairies (but not dairy farms).

5.2. OTHER EXPOSURES - Basic Limits

5.2. A. TWO FAMILY (DUPLEX) -- PREMISES LIABILITY FORM 4 ONLY

A Form 4 policy may be issued to the owner of a two family dwelling who occupies an apartment in that dwelling. The policy may be endorsed to provide premises liability coverage for the portion of the dwelling not occupied by the owner. Use Endorsement ML-70, Additional Residence, Premises, Rented to Others.

5.2.B. ADDITIONAL INSURED LOCATION OCCUPIED BY INSURED

Liability Section coverage may be provided on locations, other than the residence premises, where an insured resides, but which are insured for Property Section coverage under another insurance program. Make the appropriate charge for each other insured location shown in the Declarations of this policy.

5.2.C. ADDITIONAL STRUCTURES RENTED TO OTHERS - Residence Premises

Liability Section coverage may be provided on structures situated on the residence premises rented or held for rental to any person not a tenant of the dwelling for use as a private residence.

5.2.H. OUTBOARD MOTORS AND WATERCRAFT

The policy may be endorsed to provide liability coverage for boats over 25HP by applying the appropriate charge listed on the rate page. Use Endorsement ML-75, Watercraft. If the Insured owns another residence premises in a different state and principally operates the boat from that residence, we cannot provide coverage.

5.2.I. WATERBED LIABILITY COVERAGE Form 4 Only

Waterbed liability, providing coverage for a tenant's residence is available for $10.00. Use Endorsement ML-209, Waterbed Liability.

5.2.J. PERSONAL INJURY

Liability coverage for personal injury to others, such as false arrest, libel or invasion of privacy, may be added to the Homeowner's Policy. Use Endorsement ML-46, Personal Injury.

VI. SCHEDULED PERSONAL PROPERTY - RULES AND RATES

Coverage may be provided, against all risks of physical loss with certain exceptions, on scheduled personal property which is owned by or in the custody and control of an insured. 6.1. Rates are given for $100 of insurance. 6.2. Rates are given for $500 Deductible all perils. 6.3. Minimum premium is $35.00 per year. This minimum may include more than one category. 6.4.
