We are always on the lookout for individuals with ambition who are keen to develop their talent. A key part of this philosophy is the Graduate Management Trainee Program. It is designed for Graduates to complement their qualifications with practical experience, and elevate them to a Supervisor position after just 12 months.

What to expect

Throughout the year you will get practical experience up to Supervisory level in key Hotel Departments. From booking a room, running a banquet to recommending a bottle of wine, you'll learn how the whole business works. Strategic projects and working committee participation will enhance personal development and on completion of each department placement, reviews and reports will be undertaken to measure progress.

Human Resources focus: · Complete a training needs analysis for the department

Are you eligible

Do you have a Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management, a Degree in Business/ Tourism or extensive hotel operations experience? Do you have a minimum of 12 months practical work experience within the hospitality industry? Do you have a demonstrated record of technical competence in the hospitality industry? Do you have a willingness and ability to work in a team environment, excellent communication skills and the ability to exceed customer service expectations? Do you have the flexibility to work rotating rosters, shifts, weekends and public holidays? Are you able to easily relocate? Are you an Australian/New Zealand citizen or do you possess Australian/New Zealand residency?
