A team of professionals from The Hudson-Sharp Machine Company, now a part of Thiele Technologies, will be available in Booth #S-5649 to discuss the company's latest offerings and to help attendees identify the equipment needed to improve or expand their operations. A few of the products offered by The Hudson-Sharp Machine Company include: ·

Servo Pouch Machinery The Hudson-Sharp Machine Co.'s servo pouch machine combines a modular platform design with a wide variety of customizable options and features for value-added production of pre-made pouches in a variety of styles including: stand-up, 3 side seal, side-gusset bottom-seal, fold-over glued bottom and many more. Pouch styles can be produced using either string or flanged zipper.

Reclosable Packaging Solutions Hudson-Sharp's bag machinery can be custom engineered to integrate with a variety of reclosable packaging systems such as slider closure systems and press-toclose zipper applicators. Hudson-Sharp offers a wide range of versatile and innovative bag

machinery with attachments and options to allow converters to produce a variety of reclosable bags and pouches. Applications include reclosable bags and pouches for end use markets such as lawn

Page 2 and garden, pet food and snacks, baked goods, deli, dairy, frozen foods and novelties, as well as candy and confectionary products.

Inno-Lok® pre-zippered roll stock is used in form-fill-seal machinery to produce value-added reclosable packaged products with higher production rates, less scrap, and no reduction in processing speeds. The latest opening style from the Inno-Lok® reclosable packaging family includes the innovative new Pour & LokTM. Pour & LokTM is a side gusseted, reclosable package with a press-toclose zipper located in the side gusset. Once the top of the package is opened, the gusset can be pulled out to form a pour spout. The zipper can be extended beyond the gusset into the body of the bag to make a larger opening which will allow scooping or easy pouring of the product. The specially designed foldable zipper can then close the bag while the spout remains in the extended position. ·

Hudson-Sharp's broad based product line also includes high speed wicketers, flat belts, bottomseal, rotary bag machinery and custom-designed machinery producing a wide variety of pre-made bags and pouches.

The Hudson-Sharp Machine Company has manufacturing and sales facilities in the U.S., Belgium, Brazil, Mexico, Australia and the Philippines. With 100 years of manufacturing, sales and service, HudsonSharp builds and markets a broad line of plastic bag machinery, pouch making equipment, and prezippered film systems used in a variety of industries.
