Experience 2008! ­ The Future of Catering and Event Design ­ is the annual conference for the National Association of Catering Executives, a not-for-profit organization of more than 3,500 catering and event professionals. NACE is dedicated to providing catering and event professionals with superior education, networking and resources to enhance career success and deliver excellence to clients The focus of Experience! 2008 is to showcase the catering trends in the catering and event world to the more than 700 participants in a concentrated, two-and-a-half day forum. Once speakers are approved by the committee, they will be notified by NACE. Speaker Payment Policy: NACE is a 501(c) (6) not-for-profit organization and has very limited funds for speaker reimbursement. Each speaker will receive a $500 stipend and a one-day complimentary registration at the conference (the day of presentation). No additional payments or reimbursements will be made.
