National LineTM EZE-FLOW, Four (4) Valve Face Piping Kits The National LineTM filtration system EZE-FLOW face piping kit has a compact, low profile design that is ideal for operational control of both floor mounted and stacked filtration systems. EZE-FLOW face piping is available in sizes from 3" to 8" and working pressures of 50 P.S.I.G. The EZE-FLOW face piping design allows for straight-in/ straight-out flow operation which creates pressure drops of less than 2 P.S.I.G. when operating at flow velocities of 10 ft./ sec or less. With operational flow rates up to 1,600 U.S.G.P.M., the EZE-FLOW face piping kits are ideally suited for National LineTM filtration systems with 80-sq. ft. of filter area or less. The EZE-FLOW body is constructed of Fiberglass Reinforced Vinylester Resin (F.R.P.) using molded surfaces for all critical dimensions. The four (4) butterfly valves are constructed of PVC, EPDM and Viton material utilizing a dual lip dynamic internal seal for bubble-tight shutoff at 150 P.S.I.G. pressures. The EZE-FLOW body and butterfly valves are totally non-corrosive and have a high gloss gel-coat finish with UV protection. EZE-FLOW face piping can be installed in single or multiple tank installations and comes with single lever control linkage that is available in both manual and automatic operation. Smooth, reliable operation of the filter system is guaranteed through the use of stainless steel linkage with shoulder bolts and teflon bushings at every moving joint. The circulation pump can continue operation during backwash cycle initiation without creating water hammer due to this smooth operation. Leakage to the backwash line during filter operation is prevented through the use of a locking pin in the single lever control linkage. Adjustment free operation of the control linkage is guaranteed through precise butterfly valve alignment with the patented Nemato Closed Cavity Bag Molding (CCBM) manufacturing process. EZE-FLOW face piping comes fully assembled with vanstone flanged piping connections to simplify installation. Automatic Manual National LineTM MINI-LINK, Two (2) Valve Face Piping Kits TM The National Line filtration system MINI-LINK face piping kit has a compact, low profile design that is ideal for operational control of both floor mounted and stacked filtration systems. EZE-FLOW face piping is available in sizes from 3" to 8" and working pressures of 50 P.S.I.G. The EZE-FLOW face piping design allows for straight-in flow operation which creates pressure drops of less than 1 P.S.I.G. when operating at flow velocities of 10 ft./ sec or less. With operational flow rates up to 1,600 U.S.G.P.M., the MINI-LINK face piping kits are ideally suited for National LineTM filtration systems with 80-sq. ft. of filter area or less. National LineTM Filter Dial Valve Kits National LineTM filtration system dial valve kits are available in both vertical and horizontal configurations and are ideal operational control valves for both floor mounted and stacked filtration systems. With operational flow rates up to 230 U.S.G.P.M. at pressure drops of less than 3 ½ P.S.I.G. and working pressures of 50 P.S.I.G., the dial valve kits are ideally suited for National LineTM filtration systems with 15.3 sq. ft. of filter area or less. The manually operated dial valve kit provides six indexed position functions (filter, backwash, rinse, drain, closed, recirculate) by turning the handle. The automatic dial valve kit operates through the use of low voltage integral electronic control circuits and 24 VAC electro-mechanical actuators. Backwash cycle initiation can be pressure and/ or time based with adjustable cycle times. Backwash sequencing for multiple tank installations is achieved through the use of low voltage control wiring connected to each valve in the system.

NATIONAL SERIES ISOLATION & FLOW CONTROL VALVES

Butterfly Valves National LineTM butterfly valves are constructed of non-corrosive (PVC, EPDM and Viton) material, which will provide years of trouble free service. The butterfly valves are designed for working pressures up to 150 P.S.I.G. and are available in sizes ranging from 3" to 8". The butterfly valves are dynamically sealed for bubble-tight shut-off with excellent isolation characteristics. BECSysBW Backwash Controls

ATIONAL LINETM

BECSysBW backwash controls provide fully configurable automatic filter operation control. The BECSysBW can control up to 4 filters standard, expandable up to 8. The controller is equipped with failsafe settings that protect the filter system and other components in the mechanical system from damage. The controllers can be factory prewired with 18/3 SOW connecting cable and come with rain tight connectors that are quick and easy to install for both floor mounted and stacked filtration systems. The controllers have dry contacts for control of the circulation pump, heater, remote alarm and auxiliary contacts. The backwash cycle can be initiated from a 28-day timer, low flow rate, flow volume limit, manually or with pressure differential inputs. Sensor inputs and event data are logged within the controller and accessible remotely, along with system operational parameters, through BECSys for Windows software. The BECSysBW is the most advanced filter control system available in the aquatics market today. National LineTM Semi-Automatic Hydraulic Backwash Controls The NationalTM semi-automatic hydraulic backwash controls provide filter system backwash operation through simple toggle switch operation. The semi-automatic backwash controllers can control from 1 to 8 filters, including any National LineTM flow control valves. The National LineTM Semi-Automatic Hydraulic Backwash Controls are factory assembled and tested, compact, easy to install and better yeteasy to operate. National LineTM Connecting Piping Kits TM National Line filtration systems connecting piping kits are quick and easy to install for both floor mounted and stacked filtration systems. With operational flow rates up to 11,200 U.S.G.P.M. with flow velocities of 10 ft./ sec or less the connecting piping ensures minimal head loss and balanced flow in single to eight tank systems. Designed for operating pressures Of 100 P.S.I.G., the connecting piping kits are ideally suited for both 50 and 100 P.S.I.G. National LineTM filtration systems up to 560 sq. ft. of total filter area or less. The connecting piping is constructed of Sch. 80 PVC and Fiberglass Reinforced Vinylester Resin (F.R.P.) and is totally non-corrosive. For outdoor applications the connecting piping can be painted PVC gray to provide a high quality finish with UV protection. The connecting piping kits are modular in design eliminating dimensional stackup during installation while providing complete access to all filter components. Minimal floor space is required which can easily accommodate future expansion of the filter system. The influent/ effluent connecting headers range in sizes from 3" to 20" while all waste piping is sized for single filter backwash requirements in each system. The connecting piping is available with either grooved or flanged connections to simplify installation.
