Time: 8:00­4:30 pm Fee: $199 Study Material: Fitness Professional's Manual $49 Aspiring and experienced instructors get certified with the most comprehensive one-day certification in the industry. Classroom review and demonstrations include: anatomy, kinesiology, physiology, nutrition, cueing, choreography and practical skills training. Workshop includes exam and national certification (Valid for 2 years). Personal Training Certification (2 days) Credits: 14 NETA, 1.4 ACE, 11 AFAA, 1.4 NASM Sat: 8:00­5:00 pm, Sun: 8:00-3:00 pm. Fee: $349 Study Material: Fitness Professional's Manual $49 Becoming certified is the first step in being recognized as a competent personal trainer. NETA's NCCA accredited Personal Trainer Certification provides the credentials needed to begin a successful career. This 2day curriculum includes: Anatomy, physiology, exercise science, kinesiology, fitness assessments, nutrition, behavior modification and exercise programming. Workshop includes exam and national certification (Valid for 2 years).

PT Hands On Strength Training

Time: 8:00­3:00 pm Fee: $139 Credits: 7 NETA, .7 ACE, 7 AFAA, .7 NASM Finally, the workshop that you have been asking for his here! The Personal Trainer Hands-On Strength Training workshop teaches practical activities and skills you can use to assess your clients posture, range of motion, and muscle imbalances. Learn modifications for a variety of exercises based on your findings. This workshop includes a refresher in exercise science and will benefit the new or seasoned personal trainer.

Come experience this exciting and newly revamped Boot camp workshop that combines power, function, agility, speed, cardio and High Intensity Interval Training. Indoor or outdoor, equipment or no equipment, this class covers it all including a variety of ways to structure your work outs to keep them fresh and to keep your clients guessing. From the new recruit to the 20 year veteran RE-BOOT has something for you, and will provide you with education and knowledge to create an exceptional boot -camp style workout that is OFF THE CHARTS!

Hands-on Yoga

It's time to get your hands on yoga! Take your yoga practice and your teaching skills to the next level with this yoga adjustment workshop. Learn to teach off the mat to help your students find more depth and ease in poses. Special focus on anatomy, alignment and meeting the needs of special populations, such as athletes and children and students who are prenatal, aging, overweight or injured.

Pilates with Props

Credits: 3 NETA, .3 ACE, 3 AFAA, .3 NASM

Pilates exercises can be performed by a wide variety of populations. From the de-conditioned to the athlete, there is a Pilates move that is sure to challenge. This workshop encompasses exercises typically performed on the mat. All exercises have been modified to include props or small pieces of equipment to either accommodate a deficiency or to challenge the very strong. Pilates mat workout with small equipment or props including balls, bands, and weights.

This introductory course teaches the basics of Kettlebell training, the history of this fascinating workout, safety techniques, body positioning, alignment, and appropriate starting weights. You will experience the most popular exercises including swing, clean and press, the snatch, and many more (valid for 2 years). Total Body Conditioning

Design a class that works your entire body in one hour! From muscle strength and endurance to cardiovascular conditioning in an easy to follow progressive interval format. The course will help you design a class using a variety of exercises incorporating a step, hand-held weights, rubberized tubing and your own body weight into a challenging non-stop hour of training.

Core Values

Core training has evolved from a one size fits all program to one that focuses on the specific needs of the individual desiring functional core fitness. This workshop explores common dysfunction prevalent in many exercise participants today. Kick it Up

Form meets Function.... cover the 1-2-3 basics of traditional cardio kickboxing and learn to expand intensities and complexities. You will be provided with tons of ideas from interval and circuit to strength and endurance training all kickboxing based with elements of functional, balance and core training.

Upside of Upright: Balance Training for Seniors

Take balance training for your seniors to the next level. This class will move beyond balance training on one foot to include balance tools and a variety of activities. Go to class on Monday with a variety of new ideas to incorporate into your classes.
