Sestavine: 500 g krompirja 60 cl vode 300 g moke 80 g masti 20 cl kisle smetane 110 g cebule sol

Priprava:

Olupljen krompir zrezemo na listice in damo kuhat v slano vodo. Ko je krompir kuhan , dodamo presejano moko. V sredini naredimo s kuhalnico luknjo in kuhamo se priblizno 15 minut, nato dodobro premesamo, da dobimo gladko maso. Posebej pripravimo preliv: Na masti preprazimo narezano cebulo, zalijemo s kislo smetano in solimo. Prevremo in prelijemo po dödölih, ki smo jih nadrobili s kuhalnico in vilicami.
