Timing belt tester "Elektronik" model 3

For testing of the timing belt tension. The electronic and specialy adjusted software provide for a high repetition accuracy of the results of measurement over a large measuring range. Thus a reliable determination of the timing belt tension is reached. The existing type list can be supplemented partially by comparison with existing measured values. This is a professional device for workshop use and is universally applicable. It has a clearly arranged digital display and a 700mm feed cable attached to the robust measuring head. The special measuring head makes it possible also to test difficult to reach timing belts. The limit stop provides for a long service life of the standard 9V battery. The contact pressure of the feeler is specified by torque delimitation in the measuring head, thus continuous measuring conditions are created and prevent a faulty reading. With an extensive type list the broad measuring range will also permit the examination of future motor vehicle types.

For extracting the vibration damper e.g. when exchanging a defective vibration absorber. With purpose-built extraction arms to wedge into the ribbed belt profile of the vibration damper.
