Pristine Sun's core management team have over 30 years experience combined in the development and finance of solar and wind projects, with a total of $1 Billion+.

Troy Helming, CEO

Mr. Helming has been a clean energy executive and leader for 20 years. He founded TradeWind Energy, raised millions of seed capital, acquired PPAs/LOIs with utilities for $300 Million of wind projects, and developed wind farm sites. In 2005 Mr. Helming wrote & published a book The Clean Power Revolution, created The Freedom PlanSM (a blueprint to convert America to 100% renewable energy and save the U.S. economy $1 Trillion per year), published numerous articles, has been a keynote speaker in 13 states and 4 countries, promoted renewable energy tirelessly on TV & radio, fought the construction of various new coal plants, and served for the Sierra Club as an expert witness on wind energy. In 2007 Mr. Helming designed, built, and operated an EPA-registered biodiesel refinery. Since 2001 Mr. Helming has designed, sold, permitted, installed, and serviced numerous small wind, solar, fuel cell and energy efficiency solutions and been a consultant for dozens of companies (including McKinsey & Co, Bank of America, Citigroup, etc.). He holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Kansas, has certifications in wind energy finance, system design & technical sales, and is a member of Mensa.

Josh Crooker, COO & Manager

Mr. Crooker has 10 years of full-time renewable energy experience, primarily wind and solar. He has developed sites for and/or designed, sold, permitted and/or personally installed over $500 Million of solar and wind projects, including commercial projects for Sprint Nextel and government agencies. He attended the University of Missouri-Rolla for Electrical Engineering and the University of Missouri-Kansas City studying Information Technology. Mr. Crooker acquired his pilot's license in 1999 and obtained Instructors certificates and Commercial Pilots License.

Alysia Helming, CFO & Manager

Ms. Alysia Helming has over 18 years experience in providing internal and external advisory services to CFOs & CEOs for Fortune 500 and mid-sized corporations, including Jacuzzi, Bushnell, Wells Fargo, Hallmark Cards, DST Systems and Exelon. Most recently, Alysia was the CFO for KC Biofuels, LLC and Interim CFO for Probiotics Holdings, LLC, and has provided strategic consulting to Jacuzzi Worldwide Group. Prior to this, Alysia was Director of Finance at Bushnell Outdoor Products, a $400MM corporation. Alysia started her career in renewable energy in 2002 as co-founder and CFO for TradeWind Energy, now a major Midwestern wind power development company. Prior to this, Alysia was a Management Consultant for Andersen Business Consulting and MarketSphere Consulting and the Vice President of Strategy for the Investment Management & Trust Group at Wells Fargo Bank. Her 7 year career at Wells Fargo began as Financial Analyst for the CFO. Alysia holds a BA in Economics (emphasis in Finance and Accounting) from the University of California, Santa Cruz. In 2006, she coordinated the KC premiere of the feature-length movie "The Great Warming", and helped with the nationwide opening of the film.

Bryan Ottinger, Vice President of Sales & Marketing & Principal

Mr. Bryan Ottinger is a seasoned professional executive with a background in management, sales, and logistics. Bryan is well equipped to manage Pristine Sun's ever expanding professional sales team. Having a passion for sustainability and green technology for the past 14 years, Bryan is certified in HVACR Green Retrofits and PV and Thermal Solar Technology with experience in sales, design and installation of the aforementioned. Professional experience includes: Project management and consulting that includes raw land development, acquisition and easement conveyance. Vice President of a multi-media production company specializing in content aggregation, multi-platform applications, content production for both TV and web, branding, messaging and project funding. Seven years of estate and financial planning experience servicing over 500 clients in California. Expanded new markets and helped open, train and develop several regional branches in California and Nevada. He held his public notary, life and long term care insurance licenses, Series 7 and 63 licenses during this tenure. Owned and operated a rental property management company for 12 years handling lease sales, facilities management and maintenance, general accounting and advertising. Renewable education and certification includes: Boots on the Roof - Certified Solar PV Professional and Thermal Solar Professional, Pacific Energy Center - Commercial Energy Auditor, Energy Auditing Techniques for Small and Medium Commercial Facilities, Field Verification and Diagnostic Testing of PV Systems and BIPV systems.

Charles Vrabel, National Sales Director & Principal

Mr. Charles "Chuck" Vrabel has 25 years experience in sales & marketing and has been recognized as one of the Nation's top recruiters. He has built sales teams nationwide with several companies, including Send Pax, Package America, Gold Unlimited, Izagg Energy and Legacy for Life. As Sales & Training Director and General Manager for Legacy for Life, Mr. Vrabel built a sales team of over 100,000 and led the company to grow sales from $1MM to $50MM+ in 3 years. Prior to his sales & marketing career, Mr. Vrabel was a corporate trainer for Ponderosa Steakhouse, Food & Beverage Director for Colony Beach & Tennis Resort, and has owned multiple restaurants. Carl Peterson, Executive Vice President, Business Development & Principal

Mr. Peterson has 28 years of experience in the independent energy business. During that time, he has been directly responsible for arranging both the debt and equity financing for a total of 32 energy projects throughout the United States. Those projects include: hydroelectric, geothermal, and co-generation projects with a combined value of excess of $750 Million. After attending Boise State University, Mr. Peterson worked for the Xerox Corporation. During his tenure with Xerox, Mr. Peterson received over 5000 hours of advanced sales and management training. Every year, for ten years, he distinguished himself by performing in the top 1% of a five thousand man sales force, and was promoted four times. In 1984, he was offered an equity partnership with one of his consulting clients, the Bonneville Pacific Corporation; a company that was formed to build privately owned power plants around the western U.S. Until 1990, Mr. Peterson was the Senior Vice President of New Business Development and Finance for the Bonneville Pacific Corp. Since 1990, Mr. Peterson's consulting practice has helped clients in obtaining both debt and equity financing for projects they are developing, with an emphasis in energy, especially the green energy sector.

Felix Yu, Director of Project Finance

Mr. Yu has over 15 years banking industry finance experience in functions including corporate finance, strategic planning, management reporting, and performance operating metrics, global sales/trading operations and investment management marketing support. Previously, he was Vice President and Division Finance Officer at Wells Fargo & Company's Business Banking Group, Technology and Operations. At Wells Fargo, he managed the financial impact and reporting of major bank mergers, consolidation of operations centers, and development and implementation of performance metric models He started his banking career as an associate at JPMorgan Chase & Company's Hong Kong branch, supporting the sales & trading middle office. He has a B.S. in Physics from UCLA, and an M.B.A from Carnegie Mellon University.

Peter Coughlin, Sr., LEED SHP, Director of Project Management ­ FIT program

Mr. Peter B. Coughlin Sr. is a project manager with a 30 year record of success from overseeing all phases of multimillion dollar single family home subdivisions, condominiums, commercial office buildings and infrastructure for private developers, to designing and building award winning energy efficient homes. Peter's experience includes team collaboration with owners, investors, architects, engineers, vendors, building code officials, contractors and subcontractors adhering to a tight schedule, budget, while achieving a high quality of workmanship. Peter is also proficient in project estimating, architectural design problems, contract negotiations, critical path management, off-site improvements to certificate of completion and post- occupancy evaluation. Peter's has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics (minor in accounting) from University of Franklin Pierce College - Rindge, New Hampshire. In 2007 , he won the Grand National Award for North America From the Insulating Concrete Form Association. He has completed NAHB Green Professional Certification and LEED SHP.

Winnie Tam, EIT & LEED AP, Sr. Structural Engineer ­ FIT program

Ms. Winnie Tam was previously a structural engineer for the International construction engineering firm Thornton Tomasetti, and as a design engineer for John Labib & Associates designing and analyzing concrete, steel, and wood frame structures. Prior to this, Ms. Tam completed engineering internships with the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power and the US Geological Survey. Winnie holds a BS in Civil Engineering and a MS degree in Structural Engineering from UCLA. Recognizing the benefits and the need to help out the environment, she is a LEED accredited professional from GBCI.

Peter Coughlin, Jr., Project Manager ­ FIT program

Mr. Peter B. Coughlin, Jr. has over 10 years experience in energy efficient project development construction throughout the Northwest. As Founder of Performance Structures LLC, he has assisted in constructing and consulting for over 39 residential projects in the greater Central Oregon area since 2007. Prior to this, Peter was a lead Superintendent for Peterbuilt Homes LLC in which he provided management services. During this time, Peter was also the VP of Sales for GreenBuilders Wholesale LLC in which Peter assisted to facilitate additional sales revenue and render keynote speaker services for energy efficient building products. Peter's photovoltaic experience includes implementing off grid projects, dual axis trackers, battery banks and diesel backup generators, as well as a number of net-metered installations. Peter studied computer science and business administration at Oregon State University.

Dominic Lopez, Associate Engineer ­ EES Project Origination Team Leader

Mr. Dominic Lopez has a strong passion for the environment and helping our society become a sustainable society. Before joining Pristine Sun, he served our country in the U.S. Navy for 5 years where he was involved with international operations in South America, Iraq, and Afghanistan and was awarded 2 Navy Achievement Medals. After the Navy, Dominic worked in underwater engineering as an underwater welder for the oil industry for 2 years where he discovered how damaging the Oil Industry can be to the environment. Currently, Dominic is working on his BS in Geography and Geographic Information Systems from Fort Hays State University, with studies focused on geology, sustainability, and environmental geography.

Travis Ji, Associate Engineer ­ EES Project Development Team Leader

Mr. Travis Ji received his B.S. degree in Structural Engineering from University of California, San Diego in 2008. After that, Travis joined a steel contractor in San Francisco as Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager and worked on several construction projects with SFUSD, MUNI, BART, and Caltrain for a year and half. Currently, Travis is working on his M.S. degree in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University of Pomona. Travis believes the renewable energy is the future, and excited to become a part of Pristine Sun.

Andy Su, Associate Engineer ­ EES Project Origination

Mr. Andy Su holds a BA degree in Construction Engineering Technology from the California State Polytechnic University of Pomona in 2011. Andy was born in China and came to U.S at age of fourteen. His interests include estimating, scheduling and design commercial/residential buildings with Revit Architecture software, as well as Construction project management. After graduation, Andy joined Pristine Sun LLC, as an Associate Engineer. Andy is excited to enter the clean energy industry, and be a member of the team that promote s the use of clean energy.

Carlos Cantoran, Associate Engineer ­ Applications & Procurement

Mr. Carlos Cantoran earned a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University of Pomona in 2011. Before joining Pristine Sun, he joined the United States Air Force for 6 years and worked in aircraft maintenance on the F-15 and the F-22 fighter aircraft. During his time in the Air Force he received staff professional for the 2004 fall quarter and participated in Operation Enduring Freedom in the summer of 2003, escorting third country nationals at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. While attending Cal Poly Pomona ,he developed a strong interest in clean energy.

Christian Arechavaleta, Associate Electrical Engineer ­ Project Development

Mr. Christian Arechavaleta holds a BS in Electrical Engineering (emphasis in Instrumentation) from California State Polytechnic University of Pomona. Christian has over 5 years combined experience in customer service, which includes working at the fortune 50 corporation Wells Fargo Bank. Christian strongly believes in helping the environment as it is a necessary function for the survival of not only his generation, but the many generations that will come after him. He is excited to be able to contribute his intellectual perspective to further advance clean energy.

John Co, Associate Geotechnical Engineer ­ FIT program

Mr. John Co is a graduate of UCLA with a BS in Civil & Environmental Engineering and is working on his Masters in Geotechnical Engineering at UCLA. In 2010, John interned with a Geotechnical Engineering firm in Southern CA where he reviewed reports on several commercial and residential projects, and participated in site observations. He has been involved in land surveying and environmental projects as a member of American Society of Civil Engineers. John chose to pursue a degree in civil engineering because he recognizes the critical challenge for the world's sustainability within the development of renewable energy. In addition, he is interested in the analysis of sustainable structures, and providing clean and inexpensive solutions which would enable affordable investments for industrial and private sectors.
