Pre-Engineering, Detailed Engineering Design and Costing of Sharif Aguak (Maganoy) ­ Sapakan Provincial Road Upgrading Project under the GEM Program Mindanao The project is the upgrading of approximately 7.5 kilometers of deteriorated gravel road section along the 11 km. Maganoy-Sapakan Provincial Road. Scope of work involves: Pre-Engineering Services ­ Conduct of road alignment, profile, cross section and topographic surveys; Conduct of Soils and Materials Investigations (Geotechnical Survey). 2. Detailed Engineering Design Services ­ Preparation of horizontal and vertical alignment design; pavement design and typical road sections; hydrologic and hydraulic design analysis of drainage structures, checking of the capacities of existing and proposed drainage structure and slope protection design; design drawings; applicable and necessary details including schedules of slope protection works, drainage, signage, guardrails, etc; bill of quantities and cost estimates, special technical specifications and detailed design report. Consultancy Services for the Preparation of Preliminary Engineering Design of Daang Hari ­ SLEX Link Road Project, Muntinlupa City The Daang Hari ­ SLEX Link Road Project is a proposed toll road, with an approximate length of 3.68 km., that would link the existing Daang Hari in Bacoor, Cavite and the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) near the Susana Heights Interchange . Detailed Engineering Design Services for South Luna Ramps Project, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig, Metro Manila The project refers to the Proposed Construction of South Luna Ramp (S-1) and (S-2) from C-5 road to Bonifacio Global City, located at the Municipality of Taguig, Metro Manila. South Luna Ramp is composed of Ramp (S-1) and Ramp (S-2) from C-5 road segments. Ramp (S-1) is approximately 342 l.m. while ramp (S-2) is about 820 l.m. The scope of work for the services required under this TOR includes, but not limited to, preliminary conceptual design, detailed engineering design of the proposed on/off ramp structures, widening of C-5 road, curbs and gutter, retaining walls, slope protection, drainage, elevated road, bridge railings, street lighting and pavement markings and signages. Alignment Study & Detailed Engineering Design of the Cebu North Coastal Road Project under Arterial Road Links Development Project Phase VI, 25th Yen Loan Package, Cebu The Cebu North Coastal Road Project is one of the major development projects in the Metro Cebu area. It is an integral part of the overall road network system which runs parallel to the existing main north-south line. The project stretches thru the coastal areas of Mandaue City, Consolacion and Liloan towns. The Alignment Study and Detailed Design of the Cebu North Coastal Road is funded by JBIC under the 25th Yen Loan in order to insure that the final alignment of the project conforms with the other development plans in the area, particularly the new Base Port and other improvements of the road network system. The alignment study also aims to lessen the social cost of the project in terms of dislocation of residents affected by the road right-of-way. The new road links the northern towns of Cebu province to a new development area, as well as new facilities such as the Cebu Base Port, the Mactan International Airport and the Cebu South Reclamation Project which would soon be an Export Processing Zone.

Detailed Engineering Design and Construction Supervision of Mindoro West Coast Road Improvement Project under the Arterial Road Links Development Project III, Occidental Mindoro The project is funded by JBIC and covers the implementation of the three critical roadway sections along the main road connecting San Jose, Mamburao and Abra de Ilog in the Province of Occidental Mindoro. The scope of work involved in the three (3) sections are as follows: Section I : San Jose-Rizal - bridge structures over the Busuanga River; river training works and sediment control measures; roadway pavement and cross drainage construction and related minor structures. Section IV : Sablayan-Sta. Cruz - Sediment/erosion control at bridge sites of the Patrick and Amnay Rivers including bank protection and drain works; channel improvement along Salangan and Pola rivers; pavement , bridge and cross-drainage construction. Project Cost = P 878 Million Contract Package VI-A: Reina-Mercedes-Tumauini Section (42.52 km.) Contract Package VII-A: Tumauini-Iguig Section (64.67 km.) Detailed Engineering and Construction Supervision of Allacapan-Aritao Road Rehabilitation Project I (19th OECF Loan), Nueva Vizcaya, Isabela and Cagayan Province The project starts at km. 235+956 in the town of Aritao, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, passing through the towns of Bambang, Solano and Diadi and then crosses the provincial boundary of Isabela, passing through the towns of Cordon, Santiago, Alicia, Cauayan, Ilagan, Tumauini and San Pablo and crosses the boundary of Magapit Junction and crosses the Magapit Suspension Bridge, thence proceeds in the northwest direction at the town of Allacapan. The project generally consist of asphaltic concrete overlay, replacement of heavily cracked pavement, construction of drainage and four (4) major RC bridges: Malalam - 49.0 meters (m) long, Piñacanauan - 304 m.; San Pablo - 264 m. and Naguilian - 688 m. to replace the existing deteriorated steel truss bridges. The project also includes rehabilitation of twenty three bridges. This project is financed under the 20th Yen Loan Credit Package, OECF Loan No. PH-164 of Japan. Detailed Engineering and Construction Supervision of Rosario-Pugo-Baguio Road Rehabilitation Project, La Union and Benguet The scope of the project included four packages: Rosario Diversion Road (length about 2 kms.), including earthworks, subbase and base course, concrete pavement with paved shoulders, drainage and slope protection works for the diversion road; Pugo-Baguio Road (length about 24 kms.) from La Union and Benguet with the same scope as the Rosario Road, but including rehabilitation of one bridge; Pugo-Baguio Road (length about 10 kms.), the last segment of the Benguet-Baguio 2 lane road traversing mountainous terrain. It included earthworks, replacement of damaged concrete pavement, construction of paved shoulders, construction of 514 m. long post tensioned box girder bridge, 310 m. of rock shed with single span RCDG bridge, drainage, facilities and slope protection; and Road segment between the first two packages, about 19.6 km., including reconstruction of previously asphalted section utilizing PCC pavement, construction of bituminous paved shoulders, improvement of drainage, and slope protection. Review of the Detailed Engineering Design and Construction Supervision of the Bohol Circumferential Road under the Arterial Road Link Development Project - Phase I, Bohol Province The project is located in the province of Bohol in the Central Visayas Region (Region 7). The Bohol

Circumferential Road is an arterial road mostly located along the coast of Bohol Island linking 24 coastal towns and one (1) city (Tagbilaran City). The project consists of 114 km. of National Highway in Bohol Island. It involves reconstruction of gravel road and deteriorated concrete/asphalt pavement, paving with Portland Cement Concrete Pavement (PCCP). Construction of five (5) bridges, R.C. Box Culverts and Pipe Culverts. This Project was financed by OECF.

Review of Detailed Engineering Design and Construction Supervision of Metro Manila Interchanges Project II EDSA/Boni-Pioneer and EDSA/Shaw Boulevard Interchange Projects, Metro Manila The project consists of review, change in the design and construction supervision of EDSA/Boni-Pioneer Interchange and EDSA/Shaw Overpass. Change in design was required after value engineering was done on the initial design. EDSA/Boni-Pioneer Interchange structure across EDSA was changed from rigid frame structure to cut and cover tunnel and EDSA/Shaw Boulevard Overpass across EDSA was changed from the proposed 2 separate 2-lane overpass structure to 1 of 4-lane overpass structure. Client is the Department of Public Works and Highways Project is financed by JBIC Loan No. PH-P116. Disaster Prevention and Road Rehabilitation Project (Philippine-Japan Friendship Highway and Naguilian Rd.), La Union and Camarines Norte, La Union and Camarines Norte The Project includes the Calauag-Matnog Section and the Allen-Calbayog Section of the Philippine-Japan Friendship Highway located in the southern provinces and the Naguilian Road Section located in Northern Luzon. Detailed Engineering and Construction Supervision of Radial Road 10 and Its Related Road Project, Metro Manila The Project consists of the Construction of the nine (9) kilometer Urban Road in Metropolitan Manila with four (4) new bridges including the widening of the existing 220 m bridge, a new fly-over bridge, R.C. Box and Pipe Culverts. Radial Road 10 and its Related Road Projects is a part of the highway master plan to develop secondary arterial network to relieve congested primary road links in Metro Manila. Construction Management Support Services for Golden Ears Bridge Project Canada The Golden Ears Bridge will be the most significant improvement to the Greater Vancouver road system since the completion of the Alex Fraser Bridge in 1986. Construction began in summer 2006, with a scheduled opening date of summer 2009. The new bridge, a project developed by TransLink, the Greater Vancouver Transportation Authority, will provide a vital new link between communities on the south side of the river--Langley and Surrey--and the north side communities of Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows. Financing is provided by the Golden Crossing General Partnership under a 35.5 year agreement with TransLink. The transportation authority is to repay the General Partnership over time after the bridge is open.

Alabang Viaduct Rehabilitation and Upgrading Project Alabang Viaduct is an existing structure over the south superhighway (President Osmeña Highway) at Muntinlupa City. The streets crossing under the viaduct intersecting Pres. Osmeña Ave. are Alabang Zapote Road, Montellano and the National Road. The Alabang Viaduct has been appropriated for Seismic Retrofit program and Rehabilitation to reduce the likelihood of catastrophic failure during a large earthquake. The viaduct was proposed for a seismic retrofit of substructures and a replacement of superstructure by steel girders. Other schemes were encouraged to optimize solution and improve traffic condition during construction. The viaduct is a 6 lane-25spans tollway structure with slightly curiving horizontal alignment spanning a total length of 1.125km. The superstructure is built of 30m, 35m and 40m precast post-segmented box girders. Superstructure was designed as simply supported girders spanning over the piers with inverted T-type copings. The piers are three types of multi-column structures. The pier foundations were also constructed in the late 70's and designed based on the 1977 AASHTO Bridge Code requirement. Detailed Engineering Design for the Proposed Sampaguita Bridge Widening, Taguig, Metro Manila The project refers to the proposed widening of the Existing Sampaguita Bridge. The existing Sampaguita Bridge is a twospan bridge with an overall length of 49.10 m. long back to back of abutments. The bridge has two lanes on each traffic direction with an average clear roadway width of 7.9 m. It was constructed using pre-stressed girders supported by reinforced concrete columns and abutments. The proposed widening consists of an additional one lane with sidewalk and railing on each direction of the bridge, the work includes detailed engineering design of the additional superstructure and substructure including curbs and gutters, abutments, retaining walls, sidewalks, railings, slope protection works, drainage, and breaking and removal of the existing sidewalk and railings both sides and transfer of functional utilities.

The concession is a little under 10,000 hectares and straddles the border between the provinces of Oriental and Occidental Mindoro about 30 km. from the coast. Crew Minerals Philippines (CMP) intends to construct the mine haulage road connecting the mine site and the processing plant at Pola, Oriental Mindoro. Thus, CMP plans to come up with an Alignment Study of the mine haulage road for the efficient transfer of mineral ores from the mine site to the plant site. Technical Risk Assessment of Lumanggang Tailings Dam, Compostela Valley, Davao Province The Lumanggang Creek tailings dam project is situated within the Compostela Valley Province of Mindanao. The project involves the formation of an approximately 20m high Starter Dam, to an elevation of 610m level which commenced construction in September 2006, completed filling December 2006, and the subsequent staged raising of the dam height to progressively extend the operational life of the facility. The planned rate of mineral residue production and hydraulic placement behind the tailings dam is 2,500MT/day, giving a projected life expectancy of the Starter Dam until September 2007, by which time further construction works would require to have been implemented in order further raise the dam height so as to sustain continuity of mineral processing operations.
