Mac OS Remote Monitoring Setup for QC Series DVRs

Note: Requires Mac OSX 10.6.3 "Snow Leopard" with Darwin Kernel Version 10.3.0. To check your Mac's operating software version: 1. Click on the Apple icon in the upper left of the screen and select "About this Mac." 2. Click on the More Info button 3. Scroll down and select "Software" Run Software Update if needed.

You will need to download and install the UnrarX application from to extract it. To start installing the MAC Remote monitoring software: 1. Go to the product page for your DVR on the website, then go to the Software heading and click on the MacOS Remote Monitoring Setup Link to download the file "QC Viewing MAC SW.rar". 2. The file will be saved in the Download folder. Click this file to extract it. 3. Once extracted, you will have a folder named "QC Viewing MAC SW 4.03" which contains three files: PSSSetup.pkg, PSS Manual and Readme 4. Double click on `PSSSetup.pkg' to run the installation. 5. There will be a PSS icon on desktop, if not there, go to Applications and look for "PSS icon". Just click on it to run the program. 6. The User's Manual for this program is located in APPLICATION folder PSS Folder - AppFile - look for "PSS User's Manual_EN.pdf."
