HP Application Lifecycle Management Solutions Agile Discovery Workshop

Service Brief

The HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Agile Discovery Workshop helps you understand the value of Agile development as part of your overall application lifecycle management solution. Using the HP Agile Maturity Model, HP provides recommendations by assessing your Agile process maturity levels and defining those characteristics against HP Agile Maturity elements on a progressive scale. Through a series of presentations and interactive discussions, the HP ALM Agile Discovery Workshop explores the impact of Agile development on your IT organization, including a comparison against the existing waterfall development approach. The outcome of the workshop is a set of actionable recommendations for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of your IT organization. HP utilizes a proven process that begins with a consultation to determine a detailed agenda that will best serve your organization's interests, followed by the identification of key stakeholders who should participate in the workshop. HP then assigns a lead consultant to facilitate the workshop in accordance with your organization's requirements.
