What is Coiling Silk Qigong?

Qigong, "energy cultivation," is an ancient Chinese system of exercises, breathing techniques, and meditation that improves your health and vitality. Qigong makes the mind tranquil and helps deepen your connection with nature. You will learn a complete set of traditional Coiling Silk Qigong. These are beautiful circular movements, like the turning of a silk cocoon on a spindle. Each movement dissolves areas of tension and unwinds your energetic knots. The moves gently open and close the joints, improve your posture and breathing, and stimulate the life force, Qi, to flow without obstruction. Coiling Silk Qigong is an excellent practice for personal well-being and a powerful way to improve your skill level in Tai Chi, Yoga, or any sport. Its emphasis on inner harmony and supple strength also make it a great introduction to the principles of mind-body harmony. This course will include intensive practice sessions, clear explanations, and time for discussions.
