QCI electrical penetrator systems eliminate the need for cable splicing, saving hours of costly rig time, and increasing reliability by reducing exposure to reactive agents. QCI offers various types of wellhead penetrator systems designed to work with a variety of applications to meet customer requirements and needs. QCI wellhead penetrator systems can be designed to fit new or existing wellheads (concentric or non-concentric applications), or to accommodate wellhead applications that were not originally designed for use with ESP applications. QCI wellhead penetrators can be easily retrofitted to replace existing competitor type mandrel penetrator systems. QCI also offers specialty penetrator systems for applications requiring the use of BOP Cans, ESP Packers, dual or triple completions, and heater applications. These applications can also be retrofitted to replace existing competitor systems. All of the QCI penetrator systems are suitable for 375°F/ 190°C, and can be fitted to all ESP pump cables and electrical requirements currently in use (up to 5000 Volts and 257Amps). QCI operates under the ISO 9001-2000 requirements. All of the QCI wellhead penetrator systems are third party approved by Factory Mutual (FM) and CSA. The QCI products are designed to meet the highest classifications for safety compliance within the United States for operation of electrical equipment in hazardous/explosive locations (Class I, Divisions 1 & 2). We pride ourselves on quick delivery and excellent engineering support. QCI provides on-site installation (domestic and international) and can provide technical support through highly trained international representatives. Complete in-house training simulating wellhead and packer penetrator installation can be provided for customers who wish to install QCI equipment.
