Dear Colleagues, It is a great pleasure to invite you to our 10th International Scientific Congress, which is being held in partnership with the Obstetrical and Gynaecological Society of Malaysia (OGSM) on 5 8 June 2012 in Sarawak, Malaysia. The event will take place in the Borneo Convention Centre, Kuching, a rainforest themed architecture and purpose built convention facility located right on the edge of the rainforest which will provide a fascinating and novel venue. It is just 8 km from Kuching city centre and close to Kuching International Airport. The city offers a wide range of excellent hotel accommodation. The city is an eco-tourism destination and Sarawak is the largest state in Malaysia and boasts the world's most extensive cave system and the world's oldest rainforest. The state is home to 2.31 million people comprising over 28 different ethnic groups and enjoys a harmonious blend of colourful cultures, languages, religions and lifestyles. The content of the Scientific Programme is well underway and will recognise the need to educate, update and excite. New developments will be to the fore. We are also planning an entertaining social programme which will stimulate and entertain but will also facilitate networking with colleagues as well as catching up with friends from around the globe. We invite you to visit the developing website regularly for the latest updates and news about the Scientific Congress. I hope to see you in Sarawak in June 2012.

Dear Sir/Madam, My team and I are immensely delighted to invite you to the RCOG International Congress, to be held in Kuching, Malaysia. This congress will coincide with its 10th anniversary since the meeting was first initiated. We promise a most engaging and thought provoking scientific congress, in a modern city, nestled within the heart of Borneo. The scientific content will cover in depth the broad aspects of obstetrics and gynaecology. There will be a good mix of plenaries, lectures, controversies and interactive sessions. The pre-congress workshops are truly worth registering for. We have assembled an eminent cast of enthusiastic speakers who will present the most current aspects of our speciality. The faculty will stimulate, share evidence and innovations, while at the same time encourage discourse on the most appropriate management strategies within the limitations of the Asia Pacific health care system. Kuching was home to the "White Rajahs". History and adventure awaits you. Delegates are invited to actively use the social programme, which has been exclusively arranged, to experience the magic of evergreen Borneo, whilst not missing out on the opportunity for networking and meeting friends. The gala dinner will be a glamorous fun filled event, which will raise funds for local charities and for conservation. Join us to learn and share from a memorable congress. Together we shall strive to make a difference for our women's health. Looking forward to hosting you in Kuching.
