Recollections also warrants to the original purchaser that where a Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD) coating (also known as "the Titanium Strength Finish") is applied to any Humfrey & Schutz bathroom product the said coating will not fade, rub off or tarnish under normal domestic use for a periods of ten (10) years from the original date of purchase. Should any such mechanical defects arise within that one year period or PVD coating defects within that ten (10) year period, please return the product to the original point of purchase. The defect will then be repaired or at the option of Recollections replaced free of charge save that the purchaser will be responsible for removal and re-installation, freight and insurance. The benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all other rights and remedies in respect of the goods which a consumer has under Australian Law and which cannot be excluded save that the liability of Recollections is at its option, limited to repair or replacement of goods or payment of the costs of repairs or replacement. This guarantee only applies provided the goods are used in accordance with manufacturer's instructions and are not damaged by accident, intentional damage, neglect, institutional use or exposure to environmental extremes.
