: : RIPEN Utility Services Pty Ltd: Owner and Managing Director of RIPEN Utility Services for approximately 3 years, having provided: numerous network planning, reliability, project management and consultancy services to Utility and Power Generation clients and Local Government; quality of supply assessments for customers in the mining and timber industries; and numerous design and project management services for Local Government infrastructure projects and industrial customer electricity grid connections. PROJECT HISTORY:

The following is a brief list of projects and activities in which Ross Ipenburg was the principal project manager, or in which he had a significant project involvement:

Recent RIPEN Utility Services Projects: System planning and network modeling studies for numerous SP AusNet 66/22kV zone substation projects including Clyde North (CLN), Officer (OFR), Lang Lang (LLG), Doreen (DRN), Kalkallo (KLO) and Wollert (WLT). Network reliability and feeder automation evaluations for approximately 50 SP AusNet 22kV feeders. Preparation of 66/22kV zone substation and 22kV feeder contingency plans for critical SP AusNet infrastructure assets and evaluation of co-generation proposals. Numerous quality of supply and predictive evaluations for grid connections of timber and mining industry loads in regional Victoria, including Unimin Lang Lang, Frank Vella Sands, Carter Holt Harvey, Matthews Quarries, Richards Quarries and Castella Quarries. Design, Specification & Tendering of Pedestrian & Parkland Feature Lighting for Baw Baw Shire Council XVIII Commonwealth Games Heritage Park. Project Management and Contractor Co-ordination for the Undergrounding of 22kV Powerlines at Thiess John Holland's Eastlink Project Pre-Cast Concrete Fabrication Facility in Gipplsland. Preparation of Contestable Construction Tender Documentation for Cardinia Shire Council, for the Undergrounding of Powerlines in John St Pakenham.
