· Our

population increases by 375 people per year.

· 125 new homes built in 2008. · Total new taxes = the combined growth in municipal taxes and per capita grants. · Oakbank being one ward receives 20% of the budget allocation. · 80% balance. Figures are based on no tax increases over twenty years and no new commercial or industrial municipal taxes added.
