Force Fitness Class Descriptions

All Force Group Fitness classes offer energizing music, group dynamics, and supportive instructors. Our team of experienced and certified instructors will effectively and safely challenge you to achieve your personal best in each and every class! Classes are for all fitness levels and require yoga/fitness mat, towel, and water unless otherwise noted.

Spin (Indoor Cycling)

Spinning classes offer high-energy stationary bike workouts that enhance cardiovascular endurance. Participants select personal intensity levels during the workout through body position and bike tension. *No yoga/fitness mat required.

Cardio-Kick

A cardio-fitness class. Combine martial arts with boxing movements to define and shape your body.

Core Conditioning

Use a variety of techniques to build your strength and improve your balance and flexibility.

Kick & Sculpt

A cardio-fitness class. Two classes in one: a combination of Cardio-Kick and Core Conditioning. (See descriptions above.)

Mat Pilates

Lengthen and strengthen your core while increasing flexibility.

Yoga --Beginner

Slow Flow Yoga Class will begin with a centering to transition you from the external noise to your mat, move gently into stretching/opening movements, heat up with vinyasa flow movement, and wind down ending in savasana (resting pose).

Yoga --Intermediate / Advanced

Power Flow Yoga A challenging class, led with the principles of form and alignment. It is an invigorating practice that will challenge your body and spirit. Ashtanga Yoga (Some prior Yoga experience is recommended.) A yoga system like no other, this is based in full rhythmic breathing and powerful linking of postures. Deep internal heat purifies the body on a cellular level while enhanced levels of concentration relax the mind and internal energy locks strengthen the nervous system.
