Strips of chicken and beef finished in a sauce of whole baby onions, Button mushrooms, carrots and leeks with a red wine jus.



Tender shoulder of lamb cooked in the traditional Greek way Served in a red wine gravy.


Smoked Haddock Gratin

Fillet of smoked haddock pouched with cream, finished with leeks and bacon Topped with a cheese gratin.
