Raytheon's AN/APX-100(V) is the smallest and lightest Mark XII transponder in the world. Produced since 1978 and updated through continuous improvements, the APX-100 has been certified to meet U.S. and international

military requirements. More than 15,000 sets have been fielded on more than 50 different military platforms. The APX-100 is available in various configurations, including panel mount for cockpit installations,

MIL-STD-1553 for data bus aircraft and remote units with a separate control panel. An option for an embedded Mode 4 cryptographic module also is available on the MIL-STD-1553 configuration.
