Children of the Spirit

Verse 1 We gather as a family, we come from many lands. We come to tell our stories, we come with outstretched hands. Refrain We are children of the Spirit joining in one song. We are shapers of the future, hope is in our hands! Verse 2 Reach out to one another, turn away from fear. Build up the poor and lonely, learn to live in love. Refrain We are children of the Spirit joining in one song. We are shapers of the future, hope is in our hands! Verse 3 With trust and understanding we can heal our world. Our victory will be known when nations live as one. Refrain We are children of the Spirit joining in one song. We are shapers of the future, hope is in our hands!

Circle Song

Come and join the circle, come and take my hand. Come and join the circle, come and be my friend. Gather round and see what the world can be. Come Build a Church

Come build a church with soul and spirit, come build a church of flesh and bone. We need no tower rising skyward; no house of wood or glass or stone. Come build a church with human frailty, come build a church of flesh and blood. Jesus shall be its sure foundation. It shall be built by the hand of God.

Christ Jesus calls us to love one another, to be one in him, friend to friend, in love to each other, we shall give our hands. Verse 3 We feed the hungry, clothe the naked, give drink to those who thirst, for Jesus came in love as a servant and we follow him. Christ Jesus calls us to love one another, to be one in him, friend to friend, in love to each other, we shall give our hands.

Spirit of Life

Spirit of Life, come unto me. Sing in my heart all the stirrings of compassion. Blow in the wind, rise in the sea, move in the hand, giving life the shape of justice. Roots hold me close, wings set me free; Spirit of Life, come to me, come to me.

The Wind Blows

The wind blows where it wills, you know not where it's coming from or where it's going to. The wind blows where it wills, you know not where it's coming from or where it's going to. So too are those, those who are born of the Spirit. So too are those, those who are born of the Spirit. The wind blows where it wills, you know not where it's coming from or where it's going to.
