Instructions to the candidates for submitting Online Registration Form REQUIREMENTS BEFORE YOU START SUBMISSION Photo of Applicant in JPEG format. Valid Mobile No./Active E-mail ID (your login information will be sent on email, DO NOT USE rediffmail). All related Documents Have Acrobat reader installed on your computer . Last Date of online admission Form Submission July 11, 201 : 1 A copy of the print out of the submitted online Admission Form with reqired enclosures must be sent (Postmarked) by Speed Post only to the Principal's Office by July 12, 2011.

Frequently Asked Questions STEPS FOR ONLINE SUBMISSION

Step 1

Generate Bank Challan : Click on the link "Generate Bank Challan for Online Application Form" to start the registration process. Details of Online Admission Form fee: (a) For Admission to IYear of B.A./B.Sc/B.Com/LL.B-I Sem./P G.D.C.A-I Sem. is . Rs. 250/(b) For Admission to I Semester of PG. Courses (M.A.-Urdu/M.A.-Sociology/ M.Com.. Applied Economics/M.Com. Pure/M.Sc-Zoology/M.Sc and M.A. Statistics.) is Rs. 350/(c) Candidates who wish to be considered for admission to more than one course must generate Bank Challan separately for each course. (d) A candidate who has already completed graduation shall not be further allowed to take admission to any other undergraduate class. No transfer of candidates admitted to any class will be allowed under any circumstances to any other course. Enter all the required information to Generate Bank Challan. Print the Challan.

Step 2

Go to any Branch of State Bank of India and deposit the fee amount. Bank will retain its copy and return the other two copies meant for the Student and College, duly stamped. Bank will also provide you with a unique code number called the Journal Number.

Step 3

Open the link for "Fill Online Admission Form after Depositing the Fees" Start filling the form by entering the registration number .

Upload Applicant's Photo by attaching the file to be uploaded. Check all the entries before submission to omit any mistake. Click submit

Step 4

On the confirmation page, click on the link to print the registration form (This will give you the online Registration Form) Print the Scholarship Form (if applicable) Your Login & otherAdmission related information will be sent to you on your Email ID. For this purpose you have to entera valid Email ID in the Online Admission Form. (Depending upon your email security settings the mail may sometimes be delivered to the spam/junk folder. Please check spam/junk folder of the e-mail account before you contact the college)

Step 5

Necessary Enclosures:-

Send a copy of the printout of the submitted online Admission Form, enclosing the following:

(a) For B.Sc.-I/B.A.-I/B.Com.-I/ M.A.-I Sem.(Urdu)/M.A.-I Sem. (Sociology)M.Sc.-I Sem. (Zoology)/M.Com.-I

Sem.(Applied Economics)/M.Com.-I Sem.(Pure Commerce) and M.Sc.-I / M.A. I Sem. (Statistics)/ PGDCA. A copy of the printout of the submitted online Admission Form must be sent by Speed Post only to the Principal's Office alongwith the Photocopies Attested by the candidate him / her self, of the following documents :(i) High School Marksheet (ii) Intermediate Mark sheet

(b) For LL.B-I Semester

(i)

(iii) Graduation Marksheet of (a) First Year (b) Second Year (c) Third Year (For the students seeking admission to P.G. Classes) (iv) Copy ofAddress Proof (Voter ID, Passport, Ration Card, Driving License, electricity bill) (v) Original Bank Challan (College Copy) (vi) Scholarship forms (if applicable). (vii) Income certificate in the name of Father (or Mother) indicating the gross annual income of the family , issued from the competent authority A copy of the most recent pay slip to be attached in case of . employed persons.

High School marksheet and High School Certificate. (ii) Intermediate marksheet and Intermediate Certificate. (iii) Graduation marksheet of (a) First Year (b) Second Year (c) Third Year. (iv) Marksheets of Post-Graduation (I and II Year) (v) Certificate relating to any other qualification. (vi) No Objection Certificate from the employer showing that the office hours of the candidate do not clash with the teaching hours of the college (1:30 P.M. to 6 :00 P.M. for Boys and 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. for Girls) (vii) Character Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended. (viii)Domicile Certificate, issued by the District Magistrate to be submitted by the candidates residing in States other than Uttar Pradesh. (ix) Copy of Address Proof (Voter ID, Passport, Ration Card, Driving License, electricity bill). (x) Migration Certificate to be submitted by the candidates who have completed Graduation from the

University other than Lucknow University. In case of non-availability of the Migration Certificate the candidate shall have to present the same within two weeks from the date of admission failing which the admission will automatically stand cancelled. (xi) Caste Certificate in case S.C. / S.T. / O.B.C. candidates for the purpose of granting scholarship, etc.

(xii) Original Bank Challan (College Copy) (xiii) Scholarship forms (if applicable). (xiv) Income certificate in the name of Father (or Mother) indicating the gross annual income of the family , issued from the competent authority copy of the most recent pay slip to be attached in case of .A employed persons.

Note : Incomplete online Admission Forms are liable to be rejected after scrutiny. Retain a copy of the printout of the submitted online Admission Form & bring the original Documents at the time of counselling for verification.

Upon declaration of result, find your name, merit and counselling details from the website. Letters will not be issued to individual candidates. It is your responsibility to check the results in time. Find your counselling date from the College website. Ensure your presence at the counselling venue well in time and follow the announcements. Present yourself with all original documents and required fee before the College committee. Be prepared to make a choice from the subjects/programs available to you.

General Instructions

Present all the original documents for verification. TC/migration and character certificate in original will be retained by the College. Deposit the admission fee and take a receipt. Your admission would stand cancelled if the fee is not deposited on the day of counselling. No accompanying person is allowed to the counselling premises and use of mobile phone is prohibited inside the building. All legal matters will be subject to Lucknow Jurisdiction Only .
