PROFICIENT 3 Plan states clear goal that is measureable Plan illustrates understanding of the strength training principles (overload, specificity, progression) Plan exhibits sound practices regarding frequency, intensity, duration, and exercise type Plan includes a variety of exercises using barbells and dumbbells Plan shows solid understanding of the primary area of the body involved for each exercise The name of each exercise is listed Sets and reps are listed for most exercises The amount of weight is recorded for most exercises Written reflection regarding effort, mood, time used, plan is offered most days
