Empanelment of Contractors for Annual Maintenance Contract of Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Systems at SIDBI Tower, 15, Ashok Marg, Lucknow

Applications are invited from experienced and competent contractors for empanelment for Annual Maintenance contract of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting System at SIDBI Tower, 15, Ashok Marg, Lucknow :Minimum qualifying criteria 1. The party shall have undertaken Annual Maintenance Works atleast for 2 years in Fire Protection Systems. The party should have executed / executing at least 2 maintenance works in last 5 years out of which at least one work should have involved BOTH Fire Fighting (Hydrant & Sprinkler) AND Fire Alarm System. The value of any one work shall exceed Rs.1,00,000/- p.a. This shall include cost of providing manpower for system maintenance but not the cost of providing manpower for operation of the system. The party should have experience of maintenance of Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting system in office / commercial multistoried building of at least 20,000 sft. built-up area. The contractor should be an Income-tax assessee and should have filed Income Tax return for the last assessment year. The contractor could be a sole proprietary concern/ partnership firm or a company and should be registered with Registrar of Firms/ Companies wherever applicable.

The Building has been provided with the following Systems : 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. Two number Hydrant Risers with hydrants, RRL Hose, Branch pipe and First Aid Hose Reels. Sprinkler System in Basement. Three Pumps including one number diesel operated pump. Nittan Protocol Addressable Fire Alarm System with Morley make Panel. P A System. Talk Back System.

Application should be submitted in the prescribed form enclosed herewith with attested copies of the following documents :1) Certificate of registration of the firm, if any 2) Solvency certificate from the Bankers 3) Permanent Account Number (PAN) Card 4) Letters of empanelment with other organisations/ statutory bodies, if any. 5) Letters of intent/ work order/ certificate from employers showing completed contracts

with details of work, value, etc., done in last 5 years and in case of renewal, the renewal notice as per Proforma-1. Completed application form alongwith the above documents shall be submitted in sealed envelope to :The Dy. General Manager Premises Department Small Industries Development Bank of India SIDBI TOWER 15, Ashok Marg Lucknow - 226 001 (Uttar Pradesh) Furnishing of false informations or suppression of any information would besides entailing rejection of application also lead to initiation of penal proceedings by the Bank. The contractors who are already empanelled with SIDBI, are also required to apply. The last date for submission of application is Novemeber 22, 2006 by 3.00 p.m. SIDBI reserve the right to reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason whatsoever.
