Staffing Report Progress Media's web site design division has been very successful. The recent surge in interest in the World Wide Web has increased demand for its services. At the end of 1999 the division consisted of only four members, including administrative support. Since then it has doubled in size to include three more design staff and a dedicated programmer, although the workload remains heavier than expected. We expect steady growth over the next three years. The current staffing budget stands at £180,000 per annum, and is expected to rise by 3% over the next year. This figure is lower than predicted. Growth in income over the next twelve months is expected to be double the original target. With these figures in mind, we will be proposing the recruitment of a further three staff for the division over the next six months. Further details of the proposed changes in staffing can be obtained on request.
