Sky Sports is proud to announce yet another year of fantastic cricket coverage, kicking off with the eagerly anticipated ICC Cricket World Cup in spring 2011. The 2011 CWC, the tenth of its kind, will be hosted by India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, in a climate that will provide fun, sun and nail-biting cricketing contests. The massively popular 50 over format will see arguably the world best 14 International cricketing nations compete to be the 2011 Wold Cup winners, a title currently held by Australia.

GROUPS The first round of the 2011 World Cup will be a round-robin, in which the 14 teams are divided into 2 groups of 7.

Opening and closing credits

The sponsor will be featured both visually and verbally in a title sequence lasting up to 15 seconds.

Over break Logo only

During live play, and on returning from a break between overs, the sponsor will be featured in the corner of the screen for up to 5 seconds. There will be approximately 20 over breaks per match (10 per innings), depending on how long the innings last.

Full-screen break-bumper and logo break-bumper (Wicket Break 50 seconds)

The sponsor will get a 5 second full screen break-bumper entering the commercial break, and a 5 second logo on leaving the commercial break. This will occur during wicket breaks (roughly 2 per hour, an average of 14 per match)

Full screen break-bumpers (commercial break > 60 seconds)

The sponsor will get a 5 second full screen break-bumper on both entering and leaving the commercial break. This will occur during pre/ post match analysis, drinks breaks, tea breaks, highlights and all repeats. As a guide, there will be approximately 9 breaks (18 break bumpers) per live days play, and approximately 10 breaks (20 break bumpers) per highlight/repeat programme. The Sponsor will be featured visually, and where possible, verbally, on all promotional trailers specific to the Cricket World Cup.
