It is our honour and privilege to invite you to attend the 2nd international skull base endoscopy course taking place in Paris on 28-29th June, 2011. The aim of this live surgery course is to update neurosurgeons and ENT on the advances and most recent achievements in this rapidly growing field. The course thanking a combination of didactic lectures, case discussions, video-clips and especially live surgery demonstration will highlight different experiences enhancing collaboration within neurosurgeon and ENT to further progress in this fascinating domain. Workshop objective & design

This theoretical and live surgery course will allow the participants (Neurosurgeons and ENT surgeons, fellows and residents) to learn and deeply understand a variety of skull base endoscopic approaches performed by the most, world wide distinguished endoneurosurgery team. At the end of the course, the participants should have developed optimal understanding of the endoscopic approach of sellar/suprasellar space, clivus and cranio-cervical junction areas with their specific indications, equipment and instrumentation and complication avoidance. Finally participants will get practical tips about hemostasis and skull base reconstruction.
