Class Locations:

Boot Camp - East Gym. Cardio Tennis - Indoor Tennis Courts Kettle Bell - Studio 1. Zumba Toning - Studio 2 (Tu/Th), Studio 1 (Sun) Aerial Yoga - Yoga Studio. 45 min classes. Classes Begin Tuesday, April 9, 2013.

Reservation Policies:

*All classes listed above are complimentary with membership. See Concierge for member pricing. Due to limited space, advance reservations are strongly encouraged. Members can reserve no more than 2 Cardio Spin classes at a time. Classes may not be on the same day. Reservations may be made up to four days in advance by calling the Service Desk at 364-8888 beginning at 7:00 pm. MAC associates and guests may not make advance reservations. Members are asked to confirm class attendance on reservation sheet as indicated. As a courtesy to fellow members, please cancel reservations if you are unable to attend a class. Cardio Spin only: Members with an advance reservation have priority for a bike - this reservation will be held until five minutes prior to the start of class. Unclaimed bikes at that time will be given to members on the waiting list. Any remaining bikes will then be given to members on a first come, first served basis. First time participants are always welcome . Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class and inform the instructor so you may be assisted with proper bike set-up and instruction.
