WELCOME TO ONLINE SERVICES

When AmeriBen/IEC Group administers your benefits you are automatically a member of Online Services. Online Services allow you to access your personal information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You receive answers to common questions such as "Has my claim been paid?" or "Has my deductible been met?" at your convenience with the click of a button. With Online Services there is no need to worry about privacy. Online Services is safe and secure, AmeriBen/IEC Group has taken every precaution to ensure your privacy and to protect your personal health information. Once you have activated your enrollment, you may access your account anytime, day or night. Online Services was designed with your busy schedule in mind.

HOW DO I SIGN ON?

First, access our website at

First time users need to authenticate themselves to our Online Service System. To do that, click on the "Register" button. You will then need to enter your login type (Employee or Dependent) and your group number (this will be on the front of your ID card). To authenticate, simply fill out the User Registration form with the requested information (requested information is different depending on whether you are registering as an employee or dependent). You choose what the User Name & Password will be and they will be emailed to you for verification. Once you have registered you are logged into the system. Once you are logged on, you can verify coverage that is accurate within 48 hours, check on the status of your claim(s) or verify accumulator information for you and your minor dependents. The personalized benefits Help Desk will help you along the way. When you are ready to log out there is a log out button in the upper right hand corner of the page.

The following detailed information is available to you when you log on to our website at https://services.ameriben.com for Claim Status Information: · The date of the service · The amount of the charge(s) · Name of the provider · The amount paid · The date your claim was paid and to whom the check was sent · If the claim is pending additional information · Effective date of coverage · Termination date (if applicable) · Current Coverage Claims accumulator information as well as Flexible Benefits information (if you have Flexible Benefits with your employer group through AmeriBen/IEC Group) is also available.
