AMENDMENT TO BYLAWS

(Section 128)

The Owners, Strata Plan VR 1470 certify that the following or attached amendments to the bylaws of

the strata corporation were approved by a resolution passed in accordance with section 128 of the

Strata Property Act at an annual general meeting held on November 18, 2008:

BE IT RESOLVED:

As a 3A Vote of the Owners, Strata Plan VR 1470 that Real Estate Open House Bylaw 40.1 be repealed and replaced with the following: 40.1 Owners shall be permitted to hold or allow their agent to hold an open house for the purpose

of selling a strata lot provided such open house shall be held between the hours of 10:00 a.m.

and 4:00 p.m.

AND

BE IT RESOLVED: As a V* Vote of the Owners, Strata Plan VR 1470 that Parking Bylaw 43.14 be amended as follows:

43.14

Vehicles parking in the driveway are limited to fifteen (15) minutes unless they are service

vehicles working for the strata corporation. Except suite contractors are allowed a two (2) hour limit, maximum, with suite notification and times posted on windshield.

AND

BE IT RESOLVED:

As a 3A Vote of the Owners, Strata Plan VR 1470 that Residential Rentals Bylaw 46.2 be repealed and replaced with the following:

46.2 "Notwithstanding Bylaw 46.1, subject to the Strata Property Act Section 144, an owner may

apply to the Strata Corporation for an exemption from a bylaw that prohibits or limits rentals

on the grounds that the bylaw causes hardship to the owner."

Payment of strata fees and special levies

An owner must pay strata fees on or before the first day of the month to which the

Where an owner fails to pay strata fees in accordance with bylaw 2.1, outstanding strata fees will be subject to an interest charge of 10% per annum, compounded annually.
