Copperbond® P2 treated rolled copper alloy C110 foil for lithium-ion battery anode.

Foil : ALLOY C110, Cu + Ag = 99.9% min, O2 0.03% Treatment : electroplated copper in nodular form (Fig. 1) P2 stain proofing : electroplated Zn + Cr in compound form

Appearance & Shape

Foil is defect free under visual inspection with no oxidation, pits, dents or pinholes. Foil is also free of wrinkles, creases, scratches and contamination. The treatment is tightly adhering and has a consistent tint.
