At The Fork, we specialize in farm-to-table, which is why all of our classes begin with a tour of our farm. You'll learn our history, meet our cows, and hear how we create our farmstead cheeses ­ all right here on the Giacomini Dairy. Back inside The Fork, you'll be guided through a focused tasting of our cheeses including Point Reyes Original Blue and Toma. (Be prepared to try some not-yet-released goodies, too.) Then, enjoy a Bellini Cocktail and savor the day as Food Network Celebrity Duskie Estes delights guests with a local brunch menu straight from Zazu Restaurant in Santa Rosa. (Bring your mom for a Mother's Day she won't forget!)
